Was just there. One of the only people in the store. Looked around quietly minding my own business, three people working, talking with each other at the register and not one asked if I needed help, which I didn't mind at first, but then one woman decides to just quietly follow me, and I get it, you think I'm stealing or something. I go here all the time and I am a paying customer EVERY time. Maybe instead of being suspicious of every customer, they can practice greeting people and building a rapport. When I noticed her, she just stared at me, so I left! I usually get bombarded with questions. Not one single person even said hello. Wow! Unusual. Might need to brush up on customer service.

Long time without going to Hot Topic and it was a nice cool surprise ??Metal shirts are back ?? about 2 years ago my impression was that the shirts of tv shows and other stuff such as bunch of accessories were the most all over the store. Now I see it different and like I said metal bands shirts are back and a wide range ?? You can choose from Foo Fighters to Cannibal corpse and from 30 seconds to Mars to Dimmu Burgir heeellll yeah Hot Topic!!

Isn't anything that's really gothic or anything close to that. It's all more like anime and pink kawai stuff. Shirt prices went up from 20 to 30
