If I could give this Kevin Travel Agency a 0, believe me I would. Having worked for an airline myself, I had never in my life encountered such rudeness, disrespect and unprofessionalism. These women who work at this agency are the most unprofessional, inadequate, incompetent and disrespectful agents and they are a disgrace to the Rio Grande Valley.

If I could give them more stars I would! They were very quick to respond to my emails, questions, or concerns that I had. We booked a universal studios vacation in Orlando and it has been the best vacation I've taken in YEARS. I didn't have to worry about anything and the transportation provided was top notch. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you and I look forward to booking our next vacation with you all!

Keven Traveling agency had been our traveling agent for 10 plus years. Never been disappointed. Fernanda is the best traveling agent in the RGV hands down.

Fernanda planned a trip to Hawaii for my daughter and I , and I have to say that she was the most patient and thoughtful person throughout the whole process! She carefully planned and explained how everything was going to work with testing and Hawaii’s travel rules. She was up to date on everything and even managed to work her magic while we were there!!! With a 5 hour time difference! What dedication to make sure we did everything we wanted and to make sure we had an amazing experience. Truly great customer service! Can’t wait to plan my next trip with her ☺️

I want to thank Kevin’s Travel Agency for their service. The whole trip as for transportation, resort, flight, overall exceeded my expectations. I had no hassle what so ever, a five-star from beginning to end. It was an amazing trip and overall was a smooth transition. The paper work that was given was extremely organized, I had no issues.Thank you again for everything. I highly recommend their service. BTW, their service is also fully available online as well in case anyone is worried due to COVID.
