I have been a loyal customer for 3 years and the Service is Excellent. I send packages to relatives in Mexico once a month and everything always arrives safely. They help me pack the box and tape it securely. It is also convenient because you can send UPS and US Mail too. I have sent to Germany and all over the U.S. Highly Recommend !!

I'll grant two stars only because the packages eventually get to their destination. One person mans the place where you have to stand outside in the sun and heat to get your package shipped. The person is friendly and professional but it take way too long to process just one small package for shipping.
