What's dissatisfied in the fact you can purchase a new device, pay for extended warranty, and pay for several months in advance and find every reason not to be a solution to or take responsibility for a device they sold.
Horrible Customer Service!!! Employees really meed a lot of help helping cuatomers out. They dont even greet customers when arriving, nor said Thank you when leaving........... What a Poor Management!!!!
If you have an option of another location, please help yourself. Management needs to work on custumer skills and staff needs some training on suggestive selling.
