I don't have Progressive Insurance but given the huge out cry of poor performance or customer service, I will either return to Fred Loya or Pronto. I was trying to find a nice Insurance that honor quotes. Pronto charges me $64 but if I pay in person, online or by phone. They charge a processing fee. I like Fred Loya but I hate the Auto Debit. If I don't have the money, auto debit and overdraft fees. Now Progressive, I will not even bother.

Was scheduled for an adjustor on Thursday. No call, no voicemail, no show. Was rescheduled for Monday. No call, no voicemail, no show, I called 12 times and no answer. My rep has been out of office, and the adjustor's supervisor is also not answering. I am so frustrated.

Worst insurance company. Line drops everytime you tell them to cancel the insurance. Rate increased just for changing my address (same driver, same car, moved 3 blocks away). Go figure.

I HAD PROGRESSIVE SINCE AUGUST 20, 2024 . BUT SUPPOSEDLY MY PAYMENT WOULD BE $152. THIS MONTH $ 254 IN TOTAL I LOOKED FOR ANOTHER CAR INSURANCE BECAUSE THAT AMOUNT WAS OVER MY BUDGET . NOW THEY ARE GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND . ABOUT PAYING BACK MY REFUND THEY SENT ME A PAPER SAYING FOR ME TO LIST THE UNLIST DRIVERS . LIKE COME ON I TOLD THEM I'M THE ONLY ONE THAT DRIVES IN THIS HOUSE DOCUMENTS WILL BE POSTED ON TIKTOK AND FB ANY WHERE MY SON WANTS BECAUSE IT'S JUST AN EXCUSE NOT TO PAY MY REFUND THEY'LL SEE

Worst customer service. Cuban lady, it's rude she never understands what we are saying, not even in English or Spanish. First of all, the roubot never understands it takes almost 15 minutes. Then I don't know if it's the only lady that works at this company, but it's always her, and when we ask for someone else she gets mad she hangs up or put us on hold. They should fired her. I'm on the phone right, and she hangs up again.
