I always buy my syringes at Sams, never needed to bring my prescription.. BUT this location required it, I explained to them I’m from out of town I don’t have it on me. Answer was still no.

I get everything I need in this store that I need. It's just the people who work here. Customer service could've been more professional when setting me up, but she was an airhead. Went back to fix my name they put in incorrectly using my license. Besides trying to telling me what they think my name is, the other woman was a pretty big air head too. I mean it's Sam's Club, my standards shouldn't be very high. Given the people but overall good shopping experience except the ridiculous lines, this is why they're getting a 3

The att salesman is a total lying scumbag. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for letting them operate in your store. He blatantly lies about cost of phones and payment plans while taking advantage of a parent whose distracted with their toddlers.

I have used the scan and go app the last 3 times I have shopped at this location. No waiting in line. I have also had good interaction with a few of the store reps with different situations while looking for specific items. Have never had a bad experience at this store.

The most inconvenient pharmacy I have ever been to. I have tried this place several times figuring it was just a fluke, bit its not. Its always something! The pharmacist complained of being on overtime and had to close for lunch. I moved my prescription to Walgreens. I would rather drive to 100 miles than deal with theses people. Don’t waste your time!

Sam's club in North McAllen is just a horrible shopping experience. I can tolerate long lines and understand being short staffed but treating the paying members like they don't matter is just the last straw. I go through cashiers and the people at the door check the receipts as everyone knows. I don't do self checkout to avoid issues only to experience more aggravation and headaches only to get more. From the moment the young man at the door said "why did't you scan this item?" I assured him I went through a cashier. long story short I was belittled set aside like I had intentionally tried to steal something and made to wait for what I thought would be a manager only to be left there standing like a scolded child only to be told to get back in line and redo my check out. So for no fault of my own I get treated poorly and implied I am a thief and consequently punished. I chose to get back into the store but instead return everything I bought an request all my money back after so much aggravation. Take your business to Costco, at least there they don't further inconvenience their customers when there own employees make an honest mistake or punish the customer for something out of their control.

Tried calling THREE times today to get the Fresh Meat & Deli department. Phone just rang & rang for over SIX MINUTES until my call was DISCONNECTED EACH TIME!. Sent message via Twitter to answer a YES or NO question & they needed my Membership number, email, and phone number associated with the account! THANK GOODNESS I HAVE A COSTCO MEEMBERSHIP, who can answer an easy questions without a interrogation . This club HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I was attempting to purchase a tv online from Sams. I had never purchased online from Sam's before but figured how hard can it be? I buy things online all the time. Well, I couldn't be more wrong. I had a question about their delivery so I decided to make a quick phone call to their store on Trenton. To my surprise, no one ever answered the phone. I called back 2 more times and again no one answered. I therefore called the store on Jackson. Someone answered but couldn't answer my question. I was then transferred to the "Customer Service Desk." The phone rang 3 times, then got disconnected. In frustration, I called the corporate office and was directed to an automated message machine. Despite several attempts, it kept offering to help me process my payment (I have no balance). I finally gave up in desperation and decided to purchase my tv at Target. At least there, I can talk to a live person. I guess Sam's is so big now that it doesn't need to satisfy the "little guys" anymore. It's funny though, I did receive a lot of attention from Sam's when they were trying to sell me their "Plus" package.
