Mickey provided us with a friendly and great customer service. She was very knowledgeable with her products and gave us great recommendations with the accessories we bought with the phone. Worst customer service ever the lady there wouldn't even hear me out about my issue she was very rude . She wouldn't even stop chewing her gum to talk to me . Never again coming to the T-Mobile at the mall she had hot pink converse couldn't get her name

poor customer service, worse experience, no one gives you a solution, that includes customer service (611), many calls zero solutions, they will lose more customers because they do not escalate the problems to the next level or to the right person.
