in sales you need to know more about selling the product the guy did nothing to entise me to buy a phone! he looked bored mad sad !! first you make me sit in my car 30min then I walkin the store dont know anything bout the phone & felt like he wanted to leave what a waste of my gas & time!!! who's the manager here!! train Danny T , to be little happier with his job

Very unhelpful difficult person, kind of rude...they didn't have my screen protector for my note 10 so had to buy it elsewhere and since they're phone experts and have put on screen protectors for me before I asked if they could and just refused me saying they aren't aloud, I said use done it fir me before I know u don't take responsibility, became very difficult and kept make excuses on why they weren't doing it, first time they ever argued the point on helping with a screen protector...I understand its not covered if its broken but as whole im pretty sure u guys put them on on a regular basis so have experience doing it as opposed to someone who isnt

When my spouse and I first went in to upgrade our phones, they were all about it of course. Helped us and SAID ALL THE RIGHT THINGS. For example, that they can ship our trade in for us. When I asked the gentlemen who helped us with the upgrade, “what happens if my new phone is shipped with no packaging for the return?”

Be careful with hidden charges. I am a 5 year customer with 6 lines and went to the store for equipment replacement which I was due and they hit me with a $ 20 + tax "upgrade support charge". I called customer service and was told that is the fee to talk with a human and the only way to avoid the charge is to buy online. I am eager and waiting for the next offer from the competition to take all six lines away from Tmobile

It's a comfortable place. Some associates are not 100% "up there" ...but to me it's the best T mobile store in McAllen. I have been going to this store since 2011.
