The wife and I just joined the TMobile family and couldn't be happier with the service. Joel and the whole team treated us like family and were extremely helpful. No fuss, no wait, very satisfied. If you go, ask for Joel.

I had one of the worst experience here with Candy. She already had such a condescending tone since I talked to her on the phone and then in person. She said things like, “ I know, and they are wrong”, “ Maybe you are confusing them.”, “ You said this, not that.”, “I’ve been working here and know how things work.”. The funny thing is that she was wrong after she thought she knows better than anybody. I might not have a great knowledge of how tmobile works because I dont work at tmobile and recently transferred to tmobile, so she shouldn’t have said things like that to a customer. She could inform me the other way instead of making me feel such a stupid person not knowing anything about tmobile system. The worst part is when I went back to the store the other day, one of her coworker pointed at me and they started mocking at me. Probably they thought I didn’t see them, but obviously they were talking about me while somebody else helped me. I felt really uncomfortable entire time I was there and that’s why I am writing this review. I did not want to leave a bad review because of just one bad experience, but twice? Seriously? Don’t get me wrong. Everybody else was very friendly and nice. I forgot his name who helped me, but he helped me twice very kindly and patiently. I always had such good experiences with Tmobile on the phone and tmobile stores with everybody, except with that just one person who ruined my experience with Tmobile.

Worst customer service I have seen . No sense of urgency to help with customer issues and concerns. Please bring Sprint back. Sprint customer for 35 years. What a shame.
