Had walked in 30mins before closing and the gentleman named Nicholas was a really big help for me and my dad. He explained to us on what we could to get a new phone that day. We were sticking with samsung so he did his best to find what was available to take home. Unfortunately he had a vwry low inventory so we got the quotes and he helped us set it all up online.

Literally over 3 employees in the store but only 1 was helping a customer. The others were in the back or behind the counter on their phone while the lobby sat there full of customers. What better way to say they don't care than to hear them all laughing in the back while we sit here and wait.

After trying to deal with Verizon over the phone for 12 hours yesterday I decided to go in person, to pick up a SIMs card thinking my issue had been taking care of only to find out that a rep had given me a phone number that belong to someone else that still owed money, I was transferred and hung up on so many times. I was told a new account was going to be created to take care of my issue only to find out two days later that they cannot do so. The store personnel at the location I went to were very nice and helpful. They were not able to give me my sims card because the rep from yesterday messed up by giving me a phone number that belong to someone else at still owed money. So after two days of trying to take care of all this I left very upset and disappointed that after being a very good customer with Verizon for a long time that they were not going to help me.... I wish I knew somebody in charge that I can talk to because nobody should have to go through what I went through... even the rep at the store had to excuse herself cuz she felt sick of all the problems and bs I was going gthrough....They aggred with the lack of training.

Went to upgrade phones, but the hired staff there did not want to work a good deal for us, we had been with verizon ever since we started with cell phones, but the staff here was bad, so we changed to spectrum mobil !!

I made an appointment online. Showed up and Customer service rep was ready when I arrived. She was very polite and efficient. Handled my phone activation and a second phone purchase quickly. No complaints from me as everyone is doing their best in our crazy new world. Hey, its 2020.
