The manners of a barn animal .. No customer service skills ! Horribly long dirty fingernails while she wipes her nose ..And scratches her body repeatedly ..Disgusting..All while working on our phone.. we went to the store for a hard copy of our phone bill only to be told they didn’t have enough paper in the store to facilitate our request.. she was working on a collage at her work station and our request for help was hindering her project

A Verizon regional manager "hooked me up" with a deal that was worse than my original plan and he lied when I asked specific questions about the plan. RIDICULOUS.

Worst service. After they solicit us to upgrade account, got 5 new business lines and phones, they dump us. Billing issues, connection issues, can't even make monthly payment...and 2 month into this, we still haven't met who the Salesman was. Every time we ve gone to resolve issues, he's not there and no one can resolve issue. "Only him"

I had a charging problem with my phone. The going lady was quick to offer an immediate solution so I bought a flat charger to lay my phone on for charging.

We arrived early here were told it was a 45 minute wait time. I told the guy we will be back let’s go to Sam’s across the street and back. We didn’t even take the 30min. We were back and the guy is like we can’t take you all in we close at 5. It was 5:13 but yes he knew and he heard we were going across while being on the waitlist. He never said anything!!! What an @@@! He couldn’t even mention anything when he knew!

I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years, today I stopped at this location for my first time because I was experiencing multiple issues with my phone. I arrived 10 til 4pm given I was not aware they closed at 4pm. I was there to upgrade two phones, I asked if they had the model I was looking for which they did. After a few minutes I was told I would have to come back another day as they were closing. Not sure why they let me in to begin with and entertained looking into the model I was looking for if they were not interested in providing service or selling their product. Goes to show loyalty means nothing to Verizon. Stopped again to replace my wife's phone, they offered an upgrade option except I couldn't pay for the phone in full due to some rule they have. What a joke ???

Worst customer service, they don’t even greet you, they pass by you like your not even there. Funny how this location hires those kinds of people. Been with verizon for more than 10 yrs. Worst experience, left location after waiting for 1 hr.
