I wouldn't trust the pharmacists here. The one I spoke too wasn't aware of the protocol the FDA has for dispensing Paxlovid for high risk clients -- which includes a full list of their medications, blood test results from within 12 months and a positive covid test. Even if he understood my explanation and gave him the documents I wouldn't trust his judgement. Call 911 instead for your high risk family member is my humble suggestion.

Their system froze on their end. They still charged my mom and she wasn't give her items. They tried to charge her again an it was declined due to no funds. We are on the phone with the dispute line. They said it went through an she was charged the $98.56. Walgreens is arguing with us saying it did not go through. We are on the phone right now an they are saying they she was charged an walgreens tried to argue with me & the people from the dispute line. Stating that she wasn't charged at all. So something needs be done. Or im call corporate.

This pharmacy could be cleaner and the two times we went lately to get our vaccine, at times staff was not very kind.We made appointments to get our covid vaccines and to get the first dose we had to wait three hours approximately.We thought the second dose would be faster but the thing is that, despite appointments were confirmed via email one day before, when we got there they said they had no vaccines and they cancelled our appointments right there.One thing we wonder about is why after they told us that, we saw a lady (that arrived after us) getting a vaccine… At least they should have cancelled our appointments the day before so that we could get another appointment somewhere else.All in all, we are grateful about our first dose but would not go back.

The worst Walgreens ever. Almost 3 hours to get a covid shot. It seems that they aren't trained neither know that customer service exists. When asked about why they take so long between people they just said "we dont know". I'll try no never go a Walgreens again

Was going to pick up my ED medication but as i was in the store, I think the heater broke because it suddenly became 4000 degrees Celsius and there was a blinding white light so the lights must have had the wrong size bulbs installed, wish I didn’t grow a third arm but good news, my ED is gone!

Went by today just to get some product i was looking for and all of the sudden i can imagine it was the person in charge in that moment (Jose) Was so rush for us to take what we had to take and leave (there was still 20 min left ) so we were not that type of customer that comes 5 min before closing... i asked him about the product i was looking for and just ignored me i wish i was kidding just left to the back doing closing procedures .He was probably going through something but his way of talking to us was very rude. If you read this Jose so sad that you have to have attitude in your workplace. Smile.

Very unprofessional. We ordered online before the store opened, a few minutes later they sent a text saying that our order was canceled. I called the stored and the lady who answered told me that they didn't have enough employees to fulfill the order (this was while counting money or whatever she was doing). The least she could have done was call us before canceling our order. This is not a way to conduct business. Online customers should be treated with the same respect, courtesy, and priority as all other customers.

Made an appointment for the covid vaccine and I’ve been here for more than hour. The line keeps getting bigger and it seems like they don’t care. The process it’s so slow and it’s only one person doing the vaccine. They need to organize themselves better because there’s no point of having an appointment if they just going to do whatever they want.

I had a late minute request from a family for photos of a departed friend to share at her memorial service. I used the app to order 50 plus photos in an hour. The pictures should have been ready at 9:30 and the memorial service was at 11. I show up at 9:45 and the pictures are not ready, the employee tells me I will just have to wait. I can't wait because I have to pick someone up, so I go get them and haul butt back to get the photos, which cost $22 by the way, and all the pictures look like crap. If you need pictures printed quickly and done well come on do not use this store.
