The way they treat customers here is crazy. Shiftlead “Itzel” was beyond rude when I tried to return some $10 press on nails. Being ratchet and ghetto is not the way to approach a customer we’re not “homegirls” leave the hood at home. Take your business elsewhere because clearly they don’t know what good customer service is here.

Worst customer service, the manager is super rude... I went and did two transactions and was told I couldn't do any more transactions, only one per visit.. then my kids were running (yes I understand it's a store) but the manager instead of saying I in a nice way can you please stop running, she yelled like if she had told them a million times, where I replied, there are ways of saying things and she said I said please and I said yes but you yelled, and she said well you should have told them in the begining, what kind of customer service is that? I have no idea how you could be a manager, you have no skills whatsoever, it's the closest store to my house but I will not be returning, only one transaction? WTH and yelling at kids like a mad woman? Get yourself a customer service tutorial or course.. you really need it

I got to this store 1 minute before 8am..and when I walk in there was a lady that had already one cart FULL and a hand basket FULL of summer that 90% off...how..?? Store literally just opened..she was grabbing some of the other clearance on the opposite side like this person knew what was clearance that wasn't even marked down yet and was telling us to go to the other aisle that there's marked down items..she basically took alll the summer..I had to ask her if she worked there...she said no..but she was also cleaning up..I absolutely hate it when associates grab everything before us customers walk in the store...and her carts are on the side by the register...she took alll the swimming pools..I seriously got there a bit early to grab one...and she took them allllll...and more!!!being in the store already and loading carts is not acceptable. If I see she's an employee I will report this.

I got a text at 9:39am and phone call saying my prescription was ready. Show up at my 12:30 and was told it will be anothr 15 min. No explanation for the text or call. Won't be using this walgreens anymore

For the Walgreens on Nolana. I just wanted to say that your pharmacy was Always very kind and pleasant. We was in Pharr for six months but now heading other places full time rvers. I will miss this pharmacy. The best one I have been to. Thank you!

If i could give this 0 stars I WOULD. Worst customer service. They can be polite at times, but half of their staff are rude and give you faces. There's this guy that Every time i go i try so hard to not let him charge me bc he always gives me attitude for no reason! He looks like he hates it there. One time he charged me, and asked what kind of card i was using. I was so confused because that's none of their business. But i proceeded to tell him i was going to use my pre paid walmart card and he gave me the weirdest men's look. I thought that was so weird. Another thing, there's this pixie haircut girl who works in the cosmetics and she's also very rude. I was walking around minding my own business looking at the fragrances and she asked "can i help you?" but not in a helpful polite way. As if i was in her way or something. I also caught her a few days ago giving me this really mean face. Idk what that was about. Idk what is up with the employees there but i try so hard to not go there but it's hard because is the only walgreens by my house. Anyways this has been my experience and every time i go there's always something rude they do or say. They need to hire better employees with better attitudes.

Ordered photos that were supposed to be ready by 1pm. I got there ar 1:30. I stood at the photo counter for a few minutes but none acknowledged me so I walked around the store and did other shopping. Finally I saw some working in photo. So I went over. They couldn't find my photos. They had never printed them out. But the thing that up set me was that they didn't even apologize. They could care less. They told me it would another 30 minutes. . I was on my lunch so I couldn't wait around. . I had to make a second trip. Sorry customer service

Got to the drive thru window and I asked for my kids subscription in Spanish and she said could you speak English in some type of way and I did then she said they didn’t get my kids insurance to go to the Walmart In front but there were closing in 15 min I go in to Walmart to the pharmacy not even 5 min passed and they said yes they could call they still open the lady from Walmart said she called and called and they never picked up and they could do nothing to get my sons meds and he was in bad pain so thanks to that lady my son was having a lot of pain bc she didn’t liked that I spoke Spanish to her

The pharmacy refilled my husband’s prescription without the doctors approval. And on top of that, it was a very old prescription and one of the employee’s tried to blame it on my husband!!My husband has been refilling the same hbp pills at this pharmacy for over a year. The pharmacy contacted him to say his pills are ready for pickup. My husband picked up his pills as usual and heads home only to find out that they refilled the wrong pills. I called the pharmacy to let them know that they made a mistake. The woman I talked to said the doctor changed his prescription. I called his doctor and he said he did no such thing. I called the pharmacy back and the woman, I’m assuming recognized my voice, transferred me to some guy who I believe was ready to argue just by the tone of his voice. I told him what happened and he told me 4 times that HE wasn’t the one that filled the prescription. I had to finally tell him that I absolutely know that! I’m blaming your Walgreens pharmacy team!! Well that shut him up about that. Then he asked me “why didn’t your husband check his pills before picking them up”? I told him because you’re a pharmacy that we thought we could trust! Apparently not!! He was so rude. And the woman I talked to lied. I’m done with them!! ?
