My favorite neighborhood market! Customer service is excellent! Staff is always helpful when working on all my discounts, wouldn't go anywhere else.

My mom called an she was told that in 30 minutes her prescriptions would be ready. We get there and the associate said "I just talked to you on the phone a few minutes ago, and we are still working on it. (It was 20 minutes ago not a few minutes). She then proceeded to walk away from my mom still at the counter. She was very rude to my mother. She needs to remember that mmy mother and other seniors purchasing medications that helps pay her wages. Not impressed with her at all.

I missed putting this review since May 2019. Have gone by the drive thru twice for my son's prescription and the whole staff is wonderful and courteous. If a tech attends me, they always make time to call the pharmacist on duty to explain the medicine and it's required doseage,etc. From May until now, thank God they are efficient not like Lee's South and North. Walgreen's is across the street but it's nothing compared to this Pharmacy.

When i called about my goodrx coupon not being applied they had me speak to a manager named Carlos. Anytime i tried to speak or ask a question as to why i was told it would be applied the day before and suddenly it wouldn't be he would cut me off, speak over me, increase his volume, and be dismissive. When i told him i was still a paying customer and he could let me speak he said i was making him feel incompetent...um its not my fault you feel incompetent. If i can make you feel incompetent in a 3 minute phone call how are you surviving life??? Work on your feelings on your own time because 9-5 is the customers time. He then proceeded to hang up on me. Everyone else i spoke to was so nice and attempted to be helpful, but this guy was giving zero cares and should not be in a customer service industry as i feel he doesn't do well at servicing customers...like at all. Being loud and dismissive is not an attribute, manager or not. When people r giving you their hard earned money your only job is to be accommodating, especially if u r a manager setting the tone for other employees and you are a reflection of those employees. They should consider offering employees a seminar to learn how to be less sensitive because u can't cry everytime someone tells you they are dissatisfied with your service. Will no longer be giving that pharmacy my business.

Love it. Very convenient and easy to get a few items and get out relatively quickly. Also, for being a smaller Walmart, they have a pretty impressive selection of grocery items.

I called to see if my prescription was ready. And I am told it is. I drive there get there at 904 pm there a car in front. I get to the window at 908pm told that they are close. I had just spoken to someone on the phone no more then 10 min ago and she didnt menting they where closing. Never useing again no consideration for a sick 7 yr old. No humanity. It would of taken 1-2 min to get my things and process my payment if payment was need.

Horrible..... I came for a simple prescription they told me it should be ready in 15 min.... guess what it's been a hour Oh and they think it's hilarious that I look impatient.... People are so unprofessional!!!!!

Clean and well organized. It's the walmart that all walmarts should strive for. Wish it had more selection but that would make it bigger and ruin the optimal size it has.
