Excellent service. My banker was very friendly, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to help me with my online banking and phone apps despite not being required to. The hours in this branch are longer than other branches which makes it very convenient.

I took my elderly mom, a cancer patient, asking for help with her account and making an appointment. An employee “helping” there would not help us in spite of me informing her that my mom was a cancer patient. I would much rather not give them any stars at all, but that’s not an option. So very dissatisfied and disappointed in the care that take of the elderly. I’m glad I don’t bank with them and will see how to help my mom change her banking institution.

Worst service. Ignorant and lazy employees. If they dont know their job or customer service they shouldnt be hire and working. Waste of time.

Worst experience ever as I was pulling up and I do understand the bank close at 12pm but the teller right away said sorry but we are close I told the teller I was pulling up and you close the window she said “sorry ma’am but we didn’t see your car “ I told her “ I was on the driveway with my boss to make sure I could cash the check “ at this time it’s was already 12:01pm to my left a gray BMW pulled up and that teller help her . … my teller came back and said sorry but we can not help you told her it was an emergency I really needed to deposited my check . At this time I ask to speak to the manager…by this time it was already 12:13pm the branch manager said the same thing I was like wow all this time they could of help a customer.. I work at IBC bank so I know they can … short story they need to really work their customers service …:: I’ve been there and I’m glad I can say that I always try and make exceptional… by this time there was no one Else in line it was just me ….

Someone took money from my account, exactly 1K from the Wells Fargo ATM Branch across from LACKS, spoke to FRAUD dept ATM Claims and they clearly say there is no fraud committed. They did not help me get video surveillance and did not let me speak with a branch manager in person.

Tried calling several times to schedule an appointment but they never answer the phone. The recording just keeps repeating. I was unable to use the mobile app to make an appointment either. The app apparently had a glitch in it. Now I will have to drive there in person just to schedule an appointment to see a banker. This is so inconvenient and a waste of time for busy customers like myself. I’m seriously considering closing my accounts and moving my money to another banking institution.

Was there at 4:58 p.m. and they close at 5:00 and was told they were closed already. Bad customer service.
