Horrible experience. Had to cancel my shipping, just 2 hours after i dropped it. Even though the parcel was still at branch, i was told that it will still go to san Antonio first then come back. I said ok. The parcel didnt come even after this confirmation and it was delivered to previous recipient.Its mind boggling how in 21st century, they cannot cancel a package which is in same city, and would rather take 2 days to deliver to another city and even then wouldn't bring it back to shipper. Absolutely horrible !!
