I went in the bank this morning to inquire about my Zelle payment that they are withholding. The Manager in duty literally screamed at me to “ GET BACK, GET BACK “ after I attempted to show her my phone and the transaction. I stepped back and told her never to scream at me again and she started yelling at me to GET OUT! She is very u professional and no one should be treated in that manner. I will continue to reach out to corporate on the issue. She also refused to give me her name and this whole situation is out of control… FIND A BETTER BANK FOLKS!

This is one of the worst locations know in dfw. I have never been to a bank where regular customers are handled before business. Business are told to wait in line with regular customers while business lines are OPEN with no signs at all. I have never been to a bank where they take an hour to complete cash transactions. TINY CASH TRANSACTIONS AT THAT never even close to $1000’s. The lack of customer service to non Hispanic people is wild. If you’re Hispanic you get talked to laughed with and just over all conversated with. If you’re not you get attitude and quietness and dirty looks. Judgemental looks LOL. Corporate should seriously get better eyes on this location. They never have enough people working. We spend hours here waiting for simple deposits. We have 6-8 different business accts and want to close every single one of them. As a business acct with numerous other ones we want to run far away as we ever could. All because of in store interactions. Such a shame.

I am a business client at Bank of America, and I have consistently encountered an issue that impacts my experience. Half the time I visit, there’s no one available at the teller window designated for business clients, forcing me to wait in the standard line. This results in longer wait times and an overall inefficient experience that I wouldn’t expect from a large bank.
A smaller, local bank would not subject business clients to such delays. If this continues, I will strongly consider moving my business accounts elsewhere.
A positive side is that most of the tellers are very nice, but that does not make up for my negative experiences.

So i went Here yesterday after spending 2 hours inside with a branch teller due to them allowing another party to commit fraud into the business account we opened together I’ve never once gained access or utilized the account they have the proof that he is the only person utilizing or have utilized the account. I asked for the account to be closed due to not wanting to be associated with anything in this manner of activity i live A good straight narrow life and the hassle i was Provided was overwhelming surprising they were able to give me copy of the fraud checks the person had been doing along with all transaction yet not close the account. After spending 2 hours there verifying myself and attempting to do what’s right by making them aware for the 2nd time this person was doing some type of fraud they were still unable to help me. Now here i am The 2nd time having to call into the customer service line again and having the hardest time getting help the branch near me when i try To schedule an appointment they say does not exist which i went There yesterday so my trust in this company is little to none and i just Want this nightmare to end! Please bank anywhere else but here I’ve had better experience with the credit union and chase this is horrible never again!

I have been with Bank of America for 20 years. Today I was in need of emergency care and they denied me help. I know I didn't have an appointment, but if they wanted to help me, they could have done very bad service from the people who work there. I explained the reasons and they ignored me and then I didn't know who spoke Spanish for me, those are stupid excuses, my son and my wife speak English but well, that's how people don't like it help

I just had the worst experience with the bank manager Laura, she was being very rude talking over me and stressed me out. Im 9 months pregnant with twins that lady needs to learn respect and so does her bank teller she rolled her eyes at me and huffed and puffed while I was simply trying to make a deposit. If you don’t want to work then don’t work no need to take it out on your clients

This place wasted my time I needed something signed for work. I was told even though I was not a client I could make an appointment to get it signed. I came back today waiting in line. First I did not appreciate how the girl with the red butterfly’s on her neck was snappy with me already and all I did was walk up and say hello. Second another employee told me I could not make an appointment even though I was told I could the previous day. After her asking someone that could possibly help me, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to be told no again. Go somewhere else this place will give you confusing information. Also it’s not good business to check on certain people and single out others.

You closed the drive thru and now you have one person inside behind the counter waiting on customers. There are eight customers in front of me this is ridiculous. You have three people in the offices two are waiting on customers and the other is in his laptop while a gentleman is waiting. This is ridiculous.

What's the point of a business line if I still have to wait for 5 or 6 other customers in another line to be served when I'm the only one in the business line,they truly just look over you
