One star because I couldn’t give zero. I was scheduled for a procedure, had the appointment confirmed and was asked to come in early to ensure there was enough time to complete the procedure. After I took off work, arrived, and had x-rays done I was told the doctor was unwilling to perform the procedure due to “not having enough time”. She claimed I had only been scheduled for an exam despite the fact that I had received confirmation and her talked about the procedure being done while taking x-rays. The office staff were unwilling to assist, shrugging and pointing out that they couldn’t “force” the doctor to perform the procedure THEY had scheduled. I’m not sure if this was an issue of incompetence or just a practice that isn’t concerned about professionalism. This doctor and her staff are not concerned about the time and money they wasted by not being honest and up front with me. They will not be concerned about your time or money either.

The atmosphere is very calming and the staff is amazing. I was so pleased with my service. They were so gentle with my mouth to the point I am not afraid anymore.

This office has repeatedly canceled my kids’ dental cleanings due to staffing issues and equipment malfunctions. Each time they have canceled, the next appointment offered is a month out. This makes it very difficult to schedule with work and school, not to mention keeping up with preventative care and treatments that may be necessary. I’m very frustrated and disappointed in how this practice is running. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I felt unhappy about the delays during my appointment on Wednesday at Creek Crossing Dental Care And Orthodontics. I have been do my braces with Dr. Mohamed Karkuri, who took good care of me almost a year. However, he doesn't work there anymore. I have visited twice with the new doctor, who is good, but the lady who does my braces doesn't seem as experienced as before, and I have felt uncomfortable with my braces since the first visit. I even had to cut a long wire myself because I couldn't find time to visit the clinic again. Additionally, one of my steel ties fell off and the pigtail hurt my lip. I didn't experience these problems while getting braces from Dr. Mohamed Karkuri. And I was really frustrated with the delay on Wednesday because I had to wait for an hour without being informed about it, and that felt like a waste of my time. I understand they might be busy, but my time is important too. Next time, I would appreciate it if they could respect my appointment and keep the delay to a maximum of 10 to 20 minutes, As I have a busy schedule to manage as well. Moreover, Today, a steel tie on my braces fell off again, even after they fixed it for me on Wednesday. Additionally, I accidentally swallowed one of the O-Rings Elastic Bands for Braces. I have never had such a terrible experience while getting braces with Dr. Mohamed Karkuri. These last two visits with the new doctor have left me feeling disappointed, unhappy, and regretful that I’m getting my braces from them. ?

I don't like the dental thing at all, but the team that worked on me at CCDC was great and they listened to me and it was the best. Am not on edge and am looking forward to my next appt.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. I broke my tooth right before vacation. They took me in immediately, fixed my tooth, very professional doctor and friendly staff. Go there, you won't be disappointed

I thought the dentist today was a little snarky at first but felt like we connected later. She fully explained my options and fully explained the pros and cons of each. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for dental work.
