Old strawberries disguised (look at leaves). Order not filled correctly (white chocolate coconut omitted). They did deliver correctly, otherwise an extremely disappointing $50 birthday present to send my mom! Sadness.

My husband ordered an arrangement for valentines day a week in advance. The day of, it said it was delivered but no delivery. The next morning he called and first he was told the PRINTER CAUGHT ON FIRE valentines day morning. Then she proceeds to tell me husband that his order was delivered though and that they left a note that no one was there, when in fact, we were there all day. When my husband mentioned our security cameras and that no one was detected on our property or in front of our door, she offered to deliver what he ordered another day and they'd add a little something for the troubles. My husband declined and waiting for a refund. This place is a total let down, especially on a day like this.

Worst place to order a cake, I regretted buying from them, I ordered cake, card and flower, they end up delivering just the cake and when i called to inform them about the mistake the lady that attended to me is rude and unapologetic seriously i will never ever order from them in my entire life. It was such a horrible experience

Man I never make reviews but this one pissed me off enough were I got let people know to NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! UNLESS YOU WANT LATE DELIVERY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR OLD NASTY FRUIT! SMH never again wasted over a hundred bucks on this place never again.

I want to say this place was the best decision I ever made for flowers. First the delivery came my daughter was so excited for the delivery on her birthday but then I noticed the flower weren't fresh. I called there and talked to Ms Amber who went above and beyond to make sure my daughter got fresh flower and a free vase which didn'tcome with the ones I ordered. Making my daughters birthday the best birthday ever. Love this place. I will return my business. Thank you Ms. Amber

I get a free dozen of chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday every year this year the store refuses to honor it I was told that I had to spend 30 in order to get it .the girl was very rude she answered the phone with hello not thank you for calling and put me on hold. I always order edible arrangements to send to my friends and family here in other states but they lost a customer. I hope I find a better company with better service

If I could give them 0 stars I would!! I paid 85 dollars for something that was never delivered. And this was a year ago!! And have yet to hear from them. NEVER doing business with the company again.

I place a online order the day before delivery date and my order didn’t get to the place until after 5pm I tried to call to check on my order but the automatic system keep coming in no one never answer the phone .left message and message no return calls. I call for about 2 hours and never got any one. I will never order from them again ?????

This is the worst customer service we've experienced. My husband had ordered a $200 edible arrangement for me on my birthday from here with a designated time for 10:30a to be delivered at the residence I was working at. We understand the time chosen was a suggested time, but 5.5 hours later is not acceptable. As my husband made contact with the store throughout the day he was told that business orders are a priority over his but promised the delivery would be completed by 4. Towards 3:45p he called again as the order still had not been received to inform them to cancel the order as I was leaving from that residential worksite. The woman he first spoke with stated he could not get a refund and hung up on him after he explained I was no longer at the delivery location. Another store associate called him back and then asked why he wanted a refund and my husband explained it was already 4:05 and the delivery hadn't been completed nor was I present for receiving the order. He called back again a few minutes after around 4:15p and the store associate said they couldn't give a refund because the order was just completed in being made but was not in route nor had been delivered. My husband explained that was not acceptable in not giving a refund because again the order had not been delivered nor was even in route to the location, she also stated there was not a manager on site to talk to and "she just works there and they were short staffed".. this was communicated after the fact. Is this how edible arrangements does business? You do know people make up businesses right? And people also give referrals - to be told "an order is not a priority" is how your run yours? Do you train your associates to hang up on people? Doesn't your site charge for a service and receipt of product - why would you not give a refund if you did not complete either due to the lack of your performance - is this how you conduct your business?

I will never ever order another Edible Arrangement. I ordered from this store, they said they would deliver on a Saturday, called me to say it was too late but they would deliver on the following Sunday. Sent an email to say delivery attempted on Sunday. I called them Monday to see if the delivery could be re-directed to work since we are now at work. They didn't return the call. I called this morning (Tuesday) only to be told we can't park so no delivery at work. I asked for my money back and they said no - call corporate. I called corporate which was an ABSOLUTE waste of my time and effort. What happened to customer service and convenience??? I will not order another Edible Arrangement and you should not either.

Today is my sweet daughter's 24th birthday, yet I waited till the very last minute to call edible arrangements.However my call was answered by Amber" with such patient, kind,customer service I could ask for, on such short notice!! Thanks, for helping me make my daughter's birthday great ? ?
