We've tried nearly all the services offered at this PetSmart, and we've had a great experience with all of them. We did the beginners training class for adult dogs with Shannon. Her class was great! Highly recommend. I'm planning on registering for the intermediate class. We have used the grooming salon as well. My dog just gets baths. They have always done a great job with her. She is dog reactive and not great with the dryer, but she always looks and smells good at pick up. And lastly we've boarded at the PetHotel before. We decided to switch to a boarder with an outdoor play area, but this is a decent back-up.

Went to buy filter for fish don't know his name but white male with tattoos was awesome. Was very happy to help even tho I had tons of questions and even helped me choose a multi vitamin for my cat .great customer service on the floor.

Friendly staff, well maintained store and great selection for many different types of pets. We haven't used their doggie daycare or training center, but every time we see the dogs who are being cared for they look happy and the person attending them is always engaged with the animals in a positive way.The staff at the pharmacy/medical center are knowledgeable and we were able to avoid a visit to the vet when a staff member was able to see what was going on and recommend a product which solved the issue.

We took our dog to the PetSmart hotel for doggy daycare and an overnight stay. They treated him like their own. He was happily exhausted.

I love this PetSmart; especially the Pets Hotel. My dog goes to daycamp there, and she loves it. If it makes her happy, it makes me happy. I love how attentive they are, the pictures they take, and the care they give. Shopping for my dog here is convenient to do when I'm dropping her off and/or picking her up.

Very stocked! Clean and super friendly! Also great for handicapped visitors. I was able to bring my nephew in and he was able to move comfortably with his wheelchair. Thanks and will come again! ?

Got my puppy groomed a week ago. I paid extra for her nails. She was cleaned but her nails were not trimmed. I appreciate the pointers on how to get her use to getting her nails trimmed. But don’t charge people for a service that you did not provide.Signed a scratched owner
