my girlfriend went in to use the rest with our and she had a little accident and the cleaning crew was so rude told my girlfriend that she should've cleaned it up like no hoe that's your job that's what you get paid for is to clean its not like she purposely pissed on the floor

I went there the other day and it was the WORST experience, typical for a pilot though. I went to pump 4 card reader didn't work, okay fine that's not a problem at all. But then when I went inside to manually pay, It was a snappy old white lady, who was VERY RUDE had a snarky attitude and thought swiping a credit card was a hassle and tried rushing me as well. Pilot needs to do better if they can't hire people who offer good customer service then i don't even see why anyone would want to go.

not real happy my fuel card tells me pilots are our main fuel supplier. for starters they are way higher on prices for fuel then other truck stops. half the time can't get coffee unless you like it black since hardly ever have creamer or Splenda. the shower program pisses me off. they steal your showers from you. I can't get by there for a shower and when I do they have removed it from what I earned. wtf that's bs. how can you take back what I earned. points too.

During my visit I purchased $300 in diesel and when I picked the nozzle up diesel starting shooting out without me even pulling the gas lever and drenched my pants full of diesel. As I enter the building I come to find daisy and when I notify her of what had just occurred she replies sarcastically " maybe you should check the nozzle " I spoke to both the employee and manager and instead of trying to de-escalate the situation they instead seemed to make it a joke After I complained to the guy outside rinsing all the diesel he then has then shut it off I had the worst experience due to both employees during this shift.

Just talked to "Lisa", I think was her name, about a concern about a charge on my bill that I did not recognize and was wanting to know more about it.She was AMAZING! Anyone else would have either hung up on me.Not her, she tried to help me figure out where, what and when and even gave me an 800 number to help me further.PILOT, if you EVER need an example as GREAT customer service to train your employees......She is the one!!Thank you so much "Lisa" for helping me!
