I dont believe in reviews I genuinely feel like action won’t be taken. However for this place i felt the need to make a review. Absolutely horrible customer service from an older guy who wears the knee brace. I want to say he might be the manager because it was him and a young guy working tonight 6/20/23. I parked @ 8:58pm. The older guy w/the knee brace saw me getting off my vehicle AT 859pm and still proceeded to lock the door. I was able to convince him to open the door and told him it’s still not 9pm and his response was“for us it’s 9pm” I was looking at my phone it was still 859pm. I told him I just need oil I had the picture pulled up on my phone and showed it to him so he let me in the store. Instead of helping me find the oil he told me the oil was to the left against the wall. I’m walking into an auto parts clueless only with a picture to help me. I understand it’s closing time and they’re ready to go home but sometimes it doesn’t hurt to help someone in need. I wasn’t asking for pricing or opinions on oils. I knew what I needed I just needed someone to direct me to the actual product. Thank goodness for the younger guy who checked me out I showed him the picture he went to grab the product and I was out by 9:02pm. If the guy with the brace is the manager please be kinder it doesn’t hurt.

The "i know more about my car than you do" stereotype holds true. Great when you have no clue what your car needs, super annoying when you know EXACTLY what part you need down to the part number. Nothing more to say.

Terrible service. My battery died in the parking lot and I guess since I was not buying from them, they just watched me struggle outside even after I asked if someone could help me jump start my vehicle. I have been a long time Advanced customer but will not be returning anymore. Their employees kept walking in and out of the store and would just look at me and keep walking. I couldn't believe that I had to call someone to come give me a jump as I was parked right in front of an autoparts store! What an absolute embarrassment to customer service!

They're slacking? They check engine light, they have you do it. They look bothered when they change battery or wiper blades. Prices are good though.

Staff was very helpful with finding the right part for my vehicle. They also assisted me with finding numerous additional accessories that I was looking for. They're the friendliest auto parts store I've been to in this area.

Once again, advanced auto comes through for me! Went to the two competitors who are closer to me looking for rubber covers for my brake caliper bleeders. Advanced auto was the only supplier that had what I needed!

Employee Mario was very knowledgeable and helpful
