Very friendly staff. Went in there looking to buy a laptop and the young man that helped me , I believe was called Eddie was so friendly and knowledgeable. He really took his time showing me all the laptops they had available. Will be coming back for sure !Thank you Eddie and thank you ez pawn !?

Alberto is the best manager ever! Very knowledgeable and nice. He goes above and beyond for his customers. Excellent service. I always go here even though I’m from Alamo because he is so nice.

Went over to pawn some jewelry, went to multiple shops like First Cash and Cash America and got terrible service and terrible prices, I went to the store on Conway and they made the whole process easy just like their name, gave me a better price and overall better service, I was helped by a young lady named Anavi she made a frustrating process a very smooth one.

Don't come here unless you're looking to get ripped off. Some employees take advantage of you, while a few others are actually helpful. Shame... It wasn't like this in the past.

What a beautiful store! Such a great selection and all at fantastic prices. Was able to score a great deal on a very nice iPad Pro. The team was so attentive and was able to answer all of my questions. A special thank you to the Store Manager, Stephanie.
