This T-mobile store was the worse place to go and get help with my phone. The two female clerks were so unfriendly and definitely had no intentions on helping the me out. Will never go there again.

Went in for an upgrade and came out with more. The staff was so friendly. Such a fun environment, thank you so much for going above and beyond for me . They didn't hesitate to help at all. First off if you are thinking of doing business with this store just know this is a 3rd party store they are not a real sprint store which they hide very well. When I was getting my services started with them I was with their "sales lead" Victor b. He messed up my account and required steven nichols to correct his mess, never once did they apologize. Then the credit that was supposed to appear on my bill didnt. Thankfully, I realized this before the 30 days with them. Had to get that corrected. Then again for their promo with 100$ back per line that you open with credit union victor b. Had put in someone else's account number and routing number. Had to get that corrected which took another week. After all these issues and poor service in my area I feared doing continuous service with sprint so I went before my 30 days was up to return all their stuff. When I went back store rep Ruby advised i wouldnt be charged for anything she disregarded my question about the autopay and in fact left me on autopay. I didnt find this out until today I got overdrawn on my bank account for service that is cancelled. I went back to the store to have them tell me there is nothing they can do. I contacted the corporate store across the street which they wanted me to go to and they said they always have problems and to ask for their district manager assistants phone number. The rep Christy refused to give her number out as that assistant manager did not want to give out her number and this rep also refused to let me speak with the store manager. After all this I had to call customer service and have them escalate the issue. I have submitted a BBB COMPLAINT and will next submit a federal trade commission conplaint. I will not stop until my voice is heard loud and clear with these clowns.

No one at this location has any idea what they are doing and they completely wasted my time. Watch out, they will try to sell you things they claim are â€œfreeâ€ and part of a bundle only to be charged later.

Staff was very unprofessional and lacked hospitality. Didn't expect this from Sprint. I have been a customer for over 14 years and today was so disappointing.
