I would suggest not offering lunch items on the breakfast menu if you are unable to cook those lunch items. I guess that would also lead to the question, how are they cooking breakfast items?

If this not a corporate store or is one. EVERYTHING SUCKS!! Just this morning the staff member took 4 orders to one car in drive thru and this store DOESNT HAVE THE EMPLOYEES TO HAVE PROPER SERVING TIME for the rest of the customers (like me that wanted to order) but i didn't because now she have to take care of these 4 orders to one car.. I say it again EVERYTHING SUCKS

There has beeb MULTIPLE TIMES when I show up through the drive thru, no matter what time it is (usually past 10) and the employee tells me “I’m the only one here so we closed” or “ we are already closed” although their hours state otherwise. I like burger king but will never give them another dime of my money. If you aren’t ready to do business in Mont Belvieu then just go ahead and close your doors. Service is honestly bad. Don’t listen to me, listen to your terrible low sales in a growing community. Other choices coming to town. Can’t wait to ser this location shut down.

So we were in the store approximately 45 minutes and all and both my wife and I separately came to the opinion that they must be severely understaffed or not trained properly or a combination of both but it was disappointing to not receive quality service. I love Burger King and eat at them all the time but this restaurant did not have their act together. We had two different people attempt to take our order and they could not figure out how to take our order and it was simply two for 12s that are on the menu and the other part of our order that they could not figure out where the two Whopper juniors that were also on the menu for $5. Anyway not sure what the deal is and I'm not incensed but it was disappointing. I'm sure there is a perfectly good explanation But ultimately they did not pass the test tonight and like I always say I rarely give bad reviews because I'm not out to get anybody but it was disappointing for sure and took a very long time to get our food I think they should rename this Burger King slow food instead of fast food lol just kidding Burger King we love u!

Probably the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Placed an order on Sunday night around 8 pm for an impossible whopper and large fries. Waited in the drive thru for about 20 minutes and decided to go inside instead since the drive thru wasn’t moving.the employees literally do no work, Jacob told me the Burger King hasn’t received my order. I waiting inside the restaurant 40 minutes and walked out with no food since they didn’t receive my order and wouldn’t take any orders inside the store. Ridiculous service.

Never and I mean never get your order correct no matter how many times you tell them it's always incorrect me and my family will never eat here again of there was a zero star I'd give it have tried to eat several times and not anymore

I'm writing to share an exceptional experience my husband and I had at Burger King. Just the other day, we received an incorrect order. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal, but being pregnant, my dietary needs are quite specific and I couldn't eat the burger we received.Feeling a bit apprehensive, my husband decided to return to the restaurant the next day to explain our situation. He was greeted by a gentleman named Robert, who we believe was the manager. From the moment my husband started speaking, Robert listened with genuine concern and understanding. He didn't hesitate or make us feel uncomfortable about our request.Without a second thought, Robert happily replaced our order for free. His kindness and understanding made our day. It's not every day you come across someone who goes above and beyond in their job, and Robert certainly did that for us.We want to express our deepest gratitude to Robert and the Burger King team for their exceptional service. This experience has made us loyal customers and we will definitely be recommending this Burger King to all our friends and family. Thanks, Robert, for turning an unfortunate situation into a positive experience!
