If you have to go here for a prescription, 80% of they will tell you they don't have it. Ask to speak to the pharmacist. Have the pharmacist check their voice mail from providers. They routinely deny have prescriptions that your doc has in fact called in. Has happened to me multiple times. I go anywhere else, even if I have to drive further. These guys couldn't suck more.

Giving a one star (which goes to Elizabeth for her efforts in helping me get the right items for my needs) Tom and Cindy in the pharmacy were rude and did not cooperate in giving me the items I paid for in full because their system messed up upon printing my receipt EVEN tho I called my bank and they CONFIRMED the transaction CLEARED MY BANK AND I showed them proof of it. Thank you Elizabeth for trying to help me get the medicine I needed. Tom and Cindy were both too busy to handle this situation properly. Go ANYWHERE but here!!!!

We love our neighborhood CVS, especially all the pharmacy staff. We started using them when Ike hit years ago and have been loyal, greatly satisfied customers since. We are so thankful to have them.

Stay away from the exclepower cords at the front near check out completely trash none of them work and ironically iPhone cords cost 10.$ more.. Only complaint about this location no one greets you and the assume your going to do self check it's quite unwelcoming and not professional.

they never answer the phone and when they do they hangup on you on purpose I called 3 times put on hold and hung up on WOULD NOT BOTHER TO USE THIS CVS

People are so quick to complain & so slow to acknowledge EXCELLENT SERVICE. I am 50 , have been using pharmacies for most of my life this is the first pharmacy I can say I would leave five stars for all day every day. Judy Elizabeth & Phat and the rest of the staff are kind warm collaborative welcoming every time I have to pick up a prescription or have some type of pharmacy issue they always remember me and my family and treat me as if I'm the only customer they have even though I know they have thousands of other customers great job CVS!

This is THE BEST PHARMACY EVER. I have been using them for years and they are always helpful and cheerful. They have good ideas to help you afford your very expensive medication. The techs help as much as they can and the pharmacists are never too busy to listen. Outstanding service and attitude.

I have used my CVS Caremark Prescription card at this location the last 5 years to get flu shots. CVS always billed my prescription card directly and I had no out of pocket cost. This year CVS would not honor the CVS Caremark card and asked me to pay $19 for the flu shot. I left and went to the Walmart Pharmacy. Walmart billed my CVS Caremark plan directly with no out of pocket cost. I will not be back to CVS.

Worst pharmacy I have been to ever! It is completely understaffed and most of the employees are both under-qualified and unprofessional. I started ordering my prescriptions online to mitigate the stress of using this CVS Pharmacy.
