Poor service, not knowledgeable, erratic personalities, undependable.I gave them a chance because I like supporting small businesses, but these guys are terrible!!Keep your money, reduce the stress by not hiring them, good salesman but no knowledge or ethics behind this company. They almost ruined my new pool equipment but their neglect and outright wrong actions for my service.Keep them far from your pool!!

Has not had the medicine the doctor prescribed. Sent email saying that we were out and should have it several days. They don’t have the management to oversee the place.

The staff at the pharmacy is abysmal. I mean truly awful. The only competent one is the pharmacist with the glasses and he’s actually pretty nice. Both the assistants are awful and they do not care or help. I’m extremely kind anytime I go because I imagine their jobs really suck, but it’s like they go out of their way to be rude/short/impersonal/unhelpful.

Worst customer service ever. Their system glitches and doesn’t receive Rx. Takes forever to answer phone calls to check on Rx… Actually they never did answer… after being on hold for OVER 1hour I just hung up. We’ve endured this same terrible service for 6mos, but not anymore. Kroger, our business is yours now!

I want to give great thanks to Jodie at the Woodforest store pharmacy. I have been calling several stores to try to find mine and my husband's prescriptions. Everyone would just tell me they can't help me. Jodie was able to get our prescriptions in with no problem. She also was very polite and professional. I worked for CVS for 15years and was a store manager for about 5 of those. I would have loved to have someone like her at my store. Thank you Jodie!!!

I've been calling CVSs all day trying to find one that can fill my prescription, and this was the ONLY one to actually treat me like a human being.I didn't catch the name of the woman who was working the pharmacy phone when I called on 6/27/2023 at around 11:20-something, but she was incredibly helpful and nice. Whoever you are, I hope you get recognized for how well you treat callers

Pharmacy is very slow, very understaffed, and have to be reminded to fill orders. It’s great to have a pharmacy in Woodforest but we could do much better.

This pharmacy Is a huge disappointment. The staff is terrible with communication that isn’t in person. If you or your doctor call you can expect to wait a minimum of 15 minutes and that’s on a good day. I’m trying to reach the pharmacy right now and it’s been over 50 minutes and I’m still waiting.If you are shopping in the store then expect to check yourself out while one woman with grey hair just stands behind you eyeballing you while ringing up the stuff she should be ringing up. There is one guy who will go to an aisle and pretend to work instead of ringing you up. The store is a disappointment and they don’t care because none of the residents in the community want to waste time complaining.

Store 5 stars, pharmacy 2 stars. The pharmacy rarely answers if you call after lunch. The app is spotty not showing when rx is ready so the only way to know if they even got the rx is to go sit in the long lines.They are sadly the closest pharmacy, and can provide bad service

I've put off writing a negative review, but after getting pregnant and needing basic antibiotics for bladder infections and nausea medicine and this location NEVER having any in stock I have to think that's just bad management or something and deserves a review. It's just standard amoxicillin that I need. Every pharmacy should have it on hand. I first get told that they haven't had a prescription sent in by my doctor and I questioned my doctor after being told this a few times, and my doc showed me proof that the prescription was sent in immediately after my appointments. I end up having to wait TWO DAYS for an antibiotic until I had to drive 30 min to a different location to pick up some there. It's happened 3x now for pregnancy specific issues that need quick attending to. I also call and sit on hold for 45mjn-an hour each time I call, sometimes to get disconnected and have to start all over. I'm just a pregnant lady trying not to have to wait 2-3 days for nausea relief and pain relief. Nothing high maintenance here..
