This is everything a hardware store should be! The staff is friendly and helpful. They have everything you could ever need. (No, really, they do!) They store is a nice size. Usually most things are cheaper than your large chain stores. I would drive further to go here. The shopping experience is the best you can get!

OMG- Plenty of ANYTHING you'd need for any kind of work; yard, home, garden, or even commercial jobs! This place is PACKED with tools, hardware and equipment! If they ain't got it, they can get it!!! Unbelievable how much they can get in one place. And it's perfectly located for western Montgomery county residents and folks working in the area! Try 'em! You'll build a great rapport with the knowledgeable and helpful employees!

At first I thought Jim's was a quaint country hardware store (it is), then I realized they have just about everything under the sun (they do), what I didn't expect are the (generally) lower prices than the big box stores and very friendly, helpful staff. Anymore, I just go to Jim's Hardware first. A wonderful place to shop.

Huge variety of hard to find items. Free popcorn is always nice, too.

Incredible inventory of all the stuff you need to fix things around your house and property. Great option to the sterile Big Box stores.

They are not biker friendly business!!!! Went there and parking lot was almost full because they let people park on there parking lot to walk over to the craft market across the street. Now I rode my motorcycle there to buy some bolts and I pulled up the ramp on the end of the building and parked my bike next to the wall halfway between the front door and end of building. There was plenty of room on the sidewalk to were a car could actually pull between me and the curb of sidewalk. I come out after my purchase and there was a note saying not to park here because of people trying to walk on the sidewalk. I know alot of people who don't ride bikes don't understand but I have had my bike hit in a parking space before because they didn't see my bike. I try to support small business but when I'm treated like this I won't be spending money there anymore. I will drive further to ACE Harware or Home Depot!!!

We were looking for something in particular that they didn’t have but it’s a really cool hardware store with very helpful staff. We will definitely be going back!

Very young guy working the plumbing department needs to be fired. I'm a 30 Year plumber and he tried very hard to insult my knowledge and intelligence. Sad. Unprofessional. And extremely over-priced.

Jim's is my favorite place to go for hardware. They have much better customer service than Lowes or Home Depot.

Fantastic place, they really care about the guests. During the freeze they talked me and many others how to fix our pipes. They even turned 4 "wrong" parts into 1 "right" part since they were out of the right part. They are the only reason my family had running water.
