Doesn’t matter when my script is sent over, they always wait till I get there to fill it. And they also can’t count days. I got a text saying it was too soon to refill. I could refill my 28 day supply medication on day 29. I’ve never heard of anything so absurd.

ALWAYS a wait- inside or out with only one lane ever open in DT.Even if you make it in line before closing (30 MINUTES b/f closing!), they will close the shade on you and walk away at closing time. I've called cust. service, spoken to store mgr, and no one seems to care how bad this location is. I drive 30 min. to another Kroger and my Rx's are always ready for me! It's a shame!

I've been told it could take as much as a week to get a common antibiotic prescription filled. That's not ok.

Staff blames not answering the phone for staffing issues at this location for months. However once staffed up the workers are not properly trained. Seeing a little improvement lately but just left drive thru where nothing is wrong with my card their machine chip reader and swipe is not working so using a plastic bag and seemed like she didn’t know what to do. I told her to ring me up on another register and run through another machine. Her response ..... you can just come in and do it. So why is this drive thru even open? Train workers to know what to do please. No greeting, sat at window forever about 10 min before they asked. If busy at least acknowledge and say I will be right with you.

They used to open at 9am on weekdays now there not open till 10am, Whats up with that.? I think there the only Kroger in the country that opens at 10am on a weekday..My thought is that they have to many customers to handel and there understaffed. This is the worst managed Kroger pharmacy in the country, I'll be making a call to corporate.

Absolutely terrible!!!!! Just transferred all of my prescriptions to CVS. Kroger pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. Wait in the drive through for 30 minutes for prescriptions called in the day before only to be told again that they are not ready come back in 30 minutes. Walk inside after 45 minutes and they tell me that they do not have the medicine. Flip out a bit and miraculously not only do they have the medicine but surprise it was ready with a tag and everything! Not my first bad experience but Definitely my last!!

This place has the worst customer service. Totally under staffed waited in line for over an hour. From what it looks like in the other reviews krogers does not even care. Will definitely be taking my business somewhere else.

This Pharmacy is very busy and is usually understaffed for the amount of customers. I blame management here, rather than the Pharmacists and few people who work in there. The Pharmacists and their assistants here are very nice and competent, even if they stay backed up a lot.

I urge you to go anywhere else!!!! Let’s start with the fact that they can never ever have a prescription ready on time... or even with in a week, they could care less if the withdrawals from the medication set in and your kid gets sick! They will tell you 30 minutes over and over for days until you finally stand there until the medication is refilled. Holli is probably one of the rudest humans on the planet, I get she is overwhelmed but she is mean and spiteful. H‑E‑B is only a dollar or more for most medication on Good rx... do not got to here, do not think you will get acceptable service... it is a horrible pharmacy with awful employees! This deserves zero stars.

My RX got called into the pharmacy on Friday afternoon, I didn’t get a text alert saying my prescription was ready so I tried to call 6 times Saturday morning, had to end up driving up to the store at 12:30 only to get told my RX would be ready in 4 hours, and assured I’d get the text alert, Sunday morning still no alert so I called again at 1, took 30 minutes to get on the phone with someone only to be told my RX would be ready in an hour! We’ll see how it goes but I’m never using them again!

The pharmacy staff needs help. They can’t even get prescriptions filled within a weeks time. You still have to wait 45 mins after waiting in a long line for meds that were called in way ahead of time because they aren’t ready. This is ridiculous I am a nurse and you can not play around with people’s medications like this. Rushing around last minute leaves a lot of room for error.

Terrible service...can't get Rx filled on time, long lines, no one is friendly at all, really out right rude. Not helpful when there is any challenge or issue. No follow-up. One time I had to call them over a week and half at least 5 times to get my prescription sorted out. Given them a year to see if they could turn their service around. I'm not sure what the deal is....they've been receiving terrible reviews for a long time now. Why can't they get it together?
