I have been a customer for 4 or 5 years. Their customer service is 5 star. Bill is the front desk customer service employee very personable and reaches out to make sure I don't forget to save my late fee. There monthly fees are the best around Montgomery too!

The fellow who is in the office at Life Storage on Highway 105 fairly near the shopping center where CVS is located has been very helpful and nice to us. He has gone out of his way to answer questions and help us. He also speaks to us when come in and leave. He’s an excellent person to have at your storage warehouse. After so long with no one there we are very pleased to have a caring person there. We bet you are too! Camille and Chris Smith

We have stayed at this facility and rented another unit, mainly because of William. He’s always gone out of his way to help and to make things more convenient for us. He’s a wonderful, kind person and an asset to their company.

I feel safe and enjoy the experience of storing my items at life storage. The first time I made a reservation online and it was quick and easy. The storage units are clean and well lit and monitored by the front office for safety. I recently recently moved to a smaller unit and the transition to the new unit was quick and easy as well and I went to the office in person to, the new storage location. Both locations were clean and efficiently managed. The location is very customer friendly, and gives excellent service. I would recommend this as a great storage location with climate control.

This facility has been great for our storage needs. It is conveniently located, clean, safe and secure. I stopped by the office today, as I had forgotten the gate access code.
