I've put off writing a negative review, but after getting pregnant and needing basic antibiotics for bladder infections and nausea medicine and this location NEVER having any in stock I have to think that's just bad management or something and deserves a review. It's just standard amoxicillin that I need. Every pharmacy should have it on hand. I first get told that they haven't had a prescription sent in by my doctor and I questioned my doctor after being told this a few times, and my doc showed me proof that the prescription was sent in immediately after my appointments. I end up having to wait TWO DAYS for an antibiotic until I had to drive 30 min to a different location to pick up some there. It's happened 3x now for pregnancy specific issues that need quick attending to. I also call and sit on hold for 45mjn-an hour each time I call, sometimes to get disconnected and have to start all over. I'm just a pregnant lady trying not to have to wait 2-3 days for nausea relief and pain relief. Nothing high maintenance here..

Let me start off by saying Kelsey Hunter is rude, and shouldn't be in customer service. I was speaking to her manager about how crappy of service we keep getting at this location, and Kelsey butted her big mouth in, and the manager allowed it. Lack of leadership, and customer service all in one. I should not have to call and basically beg them Friday and Monday to fill a prescription for my son. After several calls, they finally told us they did not have it in stock, only to find out they did, and just do not know what they are doing. If you want even decent customer service, you will NOT get it at this location.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I felt like I was burden being at the store. Especially the old lady that gave me attitude for walking away from my cart for 30 seconds to grab an item. I won't be back

You would think getting a great location like outside of Woodforest this would be a good CVS but it's frustrating when their hours say one thing but they aren't open. Seen the hours of opening listed online as 7am. Showed up at 8:15 and doors were still locked. If the times are different, update them online please. Also, my last trip in I arrived 40 minutes before closing to have one of the employees greet me with "don't be too long because we are closing soon." Wasn't exactly a "hey how are you this evening" greeting at all. It felt more like "why are even here at night"....

Pharmacy ok, but shopping is a scam! A couple of times a month we receive coupons as part of our yard long receipt here. They are generally only valid for a week. Whenever we try and use them the system "doesn't recognize" the coupons they handed us! Their prices are so expensive to begin with I feel like they are running some type of scam. Today was the last straw -- I told them they could keep their merchandise. I can buy everything and more across the street at Harvest Market or down the street at Target -- and for a lot less.

Terrible pharmacy. Used it twice for picking up the prescription and twice they didn't have the required medicine. Had to wait for 2 days both times. Drive through is indescribably slow.

I would not use this pharmacy. I have had nothing but problems filling prescriptions here. Many times they have reported not having the medications and having to order them. None of the medications i have had to have filled were anything that a legitimate pharmacy keeps in stock. Latest issue.....they contacted me and advised that prescription was ready to be picked up. Literally a few hours later i went to pick it up and they said they no longer have the prescription because it had been redistributed to another customer and that they would have to order the medication on Monday and that it "may be in this week".

Sat at the drive thru window behind someone with issues on their script obviously. Cars behind us left and we were finally able to get out of the line. If someone has an issue that takes several minutes, please ask them to pull aside or come inside so others can be waited on. Fast food drive thru places have figured this out.
