They waited till 2 days before my check expired to tell me it was their then when I went to pick it up she told me she would be their at 9 am I showed up at 9 an had to wait till almost 10 before she showed up an the bank wouldn't even cash my check bc they said it was an invalid check number u can't get ahold of anyone their hardly it is by far the worst tax place I've ever been to an if I was u I would save myself the headache an go somewhere else

Never again. They play with your taxes. Crooks. This place will give you back the lowest refund possible. Yall go get a quote from somewhere else. & Watch what I tell you. Lmao. This place needs to be shut down from all the fraud.

We've been doing our taxes here for years and for good reason. Andrea and staff, especially Maria, are so friendly and professional. They get our taxes done quickly, have a place for our kids to play, offer us food & beverages and even have a cute little dog, Betz, there to greet us. They're great people and always offer us a great experience. They're the only good thing about taxes! :)
