This review is specifically for the Wells Fargo branch located on Loop 337 in New Braunfels. Brandi Brinker was the banker who helped me. Brandi took great care of me and got everything completed correctly and done in one visit. She took the time necessary to get things done right, and saved us multiple trips to get my request resolved. I am VERY pleased with the service I received and will gladly return to this branch again even though I live out of town.

Brought a letter I received in the mail to this location, as directed to. Lady didn't even look at the letter told me I had to call the number, which directed me back to the bank. If that wasn't bad enough, I heard all the information of someone setting up a bank account. If someone wanted to, all they had to do was just sit and listen to them and they would have their information. It's disgusting how they need to have a monthly deposit and fees for little to no help and little to no privacy with personal information. Surprised they are even still around at this point.

I chose Wells Fargo as my first Texas bank since we relocated. It’s been such a pleasure. I started online, then made an appointment. I waited for my appointment for not even 3 minutes. Miss shanna took wonderful care of me explaining everything so completely, everything I understood, she’s quite a professional. So glad we moved to Texas, everyone is so nice❣️?

This is the only branch I will use when I am near home. The bankers at Wells Fargo have all been so nice and, while I haven't been here enough to be known by name, everyone remembers and greets me.Clean environment, swift in-and-out, wonderful bankers, superb service.

This is a great location to whip in and use the atm. The atm machines are often out of cash or won’t accept deposits and the receipts are so light you can’t read the print. Maybe they should be serviced more often.

I showed up to open my sons first account and was told they couldn’t see us because someone had made an appointment. So we made an appointment for 9am another day when they opened and they took another couple anyway and we had to wait again, no explanation or apology. Worst experience at a Wells Fargo I’ve ever had.

Remove ATM from Walmart, and at 46 ATM don't let deposit, on ATM screen said unavailable deposit , and they want charge us for the deposit and u walk in.
