I placed a print order for Christmas cards here through their website. The files didn't upload correctly so an associate had me email them so they could set them up. He was very helpful and kind. Unfortunately with the proof he printed it did not show how it would look after it was actually cut. It looked terrible after cutting, which could have been fixed had the associate contacted me for a new file when he first discovered it cut off the wording. Since I signed off on the uncut proof I had no other choice but to accept the product with no reprint with corrections. Learned a hard lesson and will no longer be having printing done here.

FedEx failed to deliver (to ANY address on my cul-de-sac) a package containing a camera and two lenses and other photo paraphernalia, and refused our claim because the driver had posted a picture of SOMEONE'S brick wall (not showing a package) as proof it had been delivered!?! After much badgering about how idiotic that was, they approved the claim for ONLY $100, saying WE had not entered a value in the shipping order. BUT WE did not enter the shipping order (but did pay over the phone with our credit card) and the actual shipper knew full well what was in the package and would NEVER have left a value off! This is NOT THE FIRST "undelivered" package of high value electronics and such I've experienced from Fedex ... I'm REALLY CURIOUS what their drivers are doing with my merchandise?!? ... this is also NOT the FIRST time they have failed to pay the full claim value. I TOLD AMAZON to never use them for any purchases so that they would not be blaming me for every loss they ate. DO. NOT. SHIP. ANYTHING. VIA. FEDEX! You too can watch your cash fly/drive away if you do! -- SO FAR WE ARE OUT OVER $1500 THIS TIME ALONE!

I should've got her name but the older Caucasian lady that "helped" me was rude. She asks if I have a shipping label. Saying no, she then tells me if I want overnight shipping to go another FedEx down the street (which I'm glad I did because they were a WHOLE lot nicer). When I tell her no again she then says "well our computer is gonna take 10 minutes to warm up". Her tone and body language was impatients and frustration. She obviously hates her job, management needs to let her go. I didn't want to post this but she thought she was dealing with an idiot.

This place gets a bad review for a reason. I dropped my overnight fedex shipment, it stayed there for two days and was not shipped. I had to go there pick it up, add dry ice on it and ship it somewhere else.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE...It's just awful, Sherri, the manager, was nice and respectful, but my shipment was ruined....

Horrible customer service. Came to send a package via FedEx and the worker “Anthony”stood there on the phone for about 10 mins, didn’t greet me, didn’t say “one moment I’ll be with you”, didn’t acknowledge my presence at all. I could’ve and would’ve gotten better service at an actual fedex and gotten better service. Won’t come back.

This Fedex location is inside Office Depot and they normally have most, if not all, services of most Fedex locations. Today I went in to ship something and wasn't able to - their Fedex "machine" (aka computer) was down and has apparently been down for about 10 days. They have no idea when it will be serviced so they can resume Fedex shipping. You might want to call and ask if they're back to normal operations before venturing out.

I would not recommend using FedEx for shipping services. Tried to ship internationally with product stuck in customs. After assuring me delivery, the manager told me that they hold no responsibility and that I "was screwed." Staff seems disgruntled and inexperienced.
