Most amazing experience I've ever had at a bank!!! I went to 6 different banks trying to get crisp bills for a money bouquet and had basically given up. Then I walked into Frost and met Tommy. He went above and beyond to help me on my mission even though I wasn't a current customer. I will be switching banks ASAP. Also the vintage books library is a thoughtful touch. I appreciate the whole atmosphere from the people to the style. Best bank ever.
