I prefer LabCorp when my doctor orders blood work. They are friendly, clean and efficient. You don't waste a lot of time waiting. Also, when you call, they answer! The place my doctor uses has a labrynthe of instructions, and you can't talk to anyone to ask a question. Now I just print the paperwork so I can use LabCorp.

I have difficult veins and used to getting stuck 5 times before they can draw blood. Beverly got it the first time when nobody else could! You’re amazing and I appreciate you! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the other technician (brunette with glasses) was a bit rude and dry. Maybe having a bad day?

I have visited this location three times in the past several months. All three times, the woman at the front desk has a viral attitude. I don't know her name. She's short, she's blonde, and she's middle-aged.Other than that, her attitude is bitter every time you walk in that door. She needs to realize that people are coming in there in pain, and just because they're angry, it's not directed at her. Pain makes people upset. And when your caregivers and / or employees of the facilities treat you as if you are dirt, it makes one never want to return to your establishment or refer your establishment in the future. I will never go back to this location again. I give you a 1 because negative 5 was not an option.During my first two visits, she refused to take my insurance. Instead, she charged me out of pocket for my visits. And then the third visit she said why don't we use your insurance I said I would have liked to have used my insurance the first two times I came. She said we could set you up now, and she took my insurance card and put it in there. And then proceeded to tell me I had a bill from the last visit.I asked what it was for?She said I don't know it's $9.50.I agreed to pay it and asked her to print me a copy of that receipt.I went on about my business, got my blood drawn, and when I got in the car, I found out that that $9.50 was my deductible amount for my last visit.Q: Why am I being charged a deductible amount when you're charging me out of pocket for my visit? Insurance fraud, surprise medical billing. I have reported your facility for this to Texas insurance board.

zero customer service skills on the phone. If you have any questions prior to your lab appointment, don’t bother calling to ask. You’ll be met with attitude that screams I hate my job.

Five stars for now unless my labs take forever to get back. My blood-drawer had a personality some may call abrasive but she seemed all right overall. She did a quick and painless blood draw. Tbh I thought it was going to be rough or cause a bruise like at the hospital next door. Overall a fast n easy visit.

Ordered Stat labs which were needed same day. Specified that they were time sensitive and I needed them for continued monitoring and care over the weekend by my specialist. I was ensured I would get them same day. Waiting what will be 2 days tomorrow. Their website states that the call center us 24/7 365. This is a complete lie as they are M-F. The staff was friendly but ultimately, the request was not granted which leaves me in a serious bind medically. I was there at opening to ensure I received my results before noon.

I tried calling before hand and looking at the website to see if there was any information on getting a drug screen for my new job. No one answers the phone. Tried many times. I decided to just go in and hope for the best. Got there at 3:45pm. Front desk doesn’t acknowledge your existence. Blonde older lady told me it was too late. They stop doing drug screens at 3:30pm. “Come back next week, 9am to 3:30pm.” Wow, I have 48 hrs to get this done. Bad business all around. Not coming back or recommending anyone to your location in the future.

I had not been to a lab in 15+ years ? so I didn’t know what to expect. All the ladies were sweet and helpful. Parking was easy and everything in the lab was very clean and in order. ??

I usually don’t write negative reviews unless it was really worth it. If you need to get a blood draw please go somewhere else. The lady there was extremely rude. She would ignore me when I talked to her and I would have to re ask her my questions only to get a blunt NO or YES. She refused to tell me when and how I would get my results. Did the blood draw said nothing and told me to leave. I had never been treated so poorly by a medical professional. Look somewhere else.
