Take your car somewhere else - anywhere else!!
I don’t enjoy spending my time writing bad reviews, I prefer to tell the good ones. Let’s face it though “customer service” is a dying art so I’ve come to expect very little!
With that said, I feel the need to warn people when there is egregious dishonest behavior! To be honest, today’s experience was one of the worst I’ve had in my lifetime. The employee was so disrespectful, rude, and threatening and the manager did nothing to address it, except to take the money off that they were overcharging to begin with!
Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! I look forward to seeing this place out of business soon. From the looks of the other reviews, it doesn’t seem far away!

I recently had my vehicle serviced at National Tire and Battery, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to thoroughly explain the services my car needed and provided a clear, upfront estimate. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. My car is running smoother than ever, and I feel confident in the quality of the service I received. I highly recommend National Tire and Battery to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy automotive care. Five stars all the way!

Poor service, lack of accountability, and frequent turnover of staff. During a routine visit, my wheel was damaged to the point it was undriveable. NTB acknowledged they couldn't fix the damage and offered to tow my car to another facility. They initially promised to cover the $4,800 repair cost at the second shop (which had previously worked on my suspension 4 months earlier). After 3 months of back-and-forth communication, they've now denied responsibility, claiming the damage was pre-existing from the previous suspension work. They suggested I have been driving with stripped lug nuts for 4 months, including a cross-country trip, which is not only mechanically implausible, it is, in fact, impossible. Despite clear documentation of the timeline and condition of my vehicle, they've refused to honor their original commitment to cover the repair. Their lack of accountability and poor communication throughout this process has been frustrating and costly.

I had my oil change done 2 days ago, and they were nice enough to let me know that one of my tires was going bad. A gentleman named Alejandro helped me understand about the situation and I was able to get new tires along with an oil changed, and at a reasonable price. I will be coming back and I am grateful for their services, everything was done nicely and efficiently.

The guys here were great!! Had a flat tire almost a month ago and made it here just before closing and the guys there hooked me up for free even though they charge for what I needed. I highly recommend anyone to go here for help. They’re very reasonable employees.
