This morning my teenage daughter went to the PPG location in North Richland Hills TX. We needed a gallon of paint a specific color that we had previously purchased at a different PPG location (Benbrook, TX ). The man at the store (didn't catch his name) told her she would need to go back to the Benbrook store where we had purchased previously to get the same shade of paint. He seemed like he just didn't want to help her and was very standoffish. We know the information was incorrect, the color we needed was a PPG color which can be duplicated at any one of their locations. It is obvious that he simply did not want to assist her. Which leads us to believe that he gave her incorrect information because she is a young lady. After we complete this project, we will no longer purchase PPG products. Please take the time to train your employees to be do their job and not be racial towards your customers regardless of their age or gender.

Beto is the best! I'm painting some furniture. He took the time to teach me and explain how to paint it. Beto did not over sell me with expensive extra products. He was kind and took his time! Good way for me to start the project!
