Home Depot! If you need a buggy to bad, got fetch it out the parking lot yourself. Not (1) lumber cart in the store. Most had their stock and junk on them in the back isles. I can’t possibly carry out 30 2x4s. Left and went to lowes.
2/25- ain’t been here in a min. Had to come buy a trim piece for my floor (hd specific color) and these fools only have 6 self checkouts, and only 4 open. lol! This big store with zero manned registers, but best believe there is a person standing over your shoulder while you do their job for them. I would HATE to be here on a busy day, I imagine the wait to checkout is absurd, considering I waited 10 mins for just 1 person.

My husband and I are seniors and today at the Odessa Tx store the cashier Hispanic male told us he couldn't get us help to load the kitchen cabinets and countertop we spent alot of money and he also stated could not help us either. We got help from a couple of passerby. Shame on your store, you can do better 🤨 we will go spend our money at Lowe's for the rest of our home projects.

Home Depot needs to clean the rentals prior to renting out. My rental was pretty dirty with concrete and dirt stuck in the bucket and tracks and all over the trailer. Also machine was not properly chained down upon taking possession of it. I chipped out and cleaned the bucket prior to return. Employee tried to charge me $200 cleaning fee and I refused. Why am I suppose to clean someone else’s mess when Home Depot doesn’t even clean themselves and try to charge me a cleaning fee. Absolutely not, I only pick up after my kids not after other people that rent and don’t take care of the equipment and then I’m expected to clean the mess or pay a fee. I will not be renting machines from Home Depot anymore.

Tried to give this place my business because I have grown to hate Lowes so bad. How the F do you not have topsoil anywhere to be found? Potting mix and mulch in 3 different places but no topsoil anywhere I can find. Took my $ elsewhere.

Terrible customer service and good luck finding help. We couldn't find anyone to help us load a heavy shower door onto the cart, another customer stopped to help. Then when we checked out and asked if someone could help us load it into the truck the cashier acted like we were asking for way too much because they had three call ins...I spend a grand on a shower door and then have to pay a gentleman standing outside another $40 outside to simply help load it in my truck. We will be going to Lowes from now on, we never have issues there. If you're short handed then the manager should be out loading.

Shoutout to Larry at Home Depot!
I had scheduled a delivery of landscaping materials and a Gorilla cart to be delivered today, but after hours of processing delays and no delivery, I canceled and headed to the store myself.
After asking five different employees and hearing multiple pages over the intercom, nobody came to help — except Larry, who was stocking tools nearby. Even though he couldn’t operate the forklift himself, he went above and beyond to find help, kept checking on me, and even took charge of clearing the area for the forklift driver.
If it weren’t for Larry’s persistence and dedication, I would’ve been stuck waiting forever. Home Depot needs more associates like him. Thanks again, Larry!

While doing renovations I ran into some hiccups. One my fault and one theirs. The manager Carlee was amazing and helpful every step of the way. Renovations are stressful enough. Thank you Carlee! I sincerely appreciate you!

I was looking for sod for dead patches on my lawn but it seems everywhere we went the sod grass was either dying, dry as toast, or falling apart when grabbed. I enjoy the discounts given to military/veterans and quality tools but sod needs to get better

This Home Depot is terrible!! Calling ProDesk and placing orders is almost impossible. Stay on hold for 30-45 minutes at a time then get hung up on. Everything takes 48 hours to pull with Pro account. Dallas I can order pickup and or have delivered same day. Odessa Home Depot needs some changes either management or better staffing
