Four stars only because the technicians sent me home with a vehicle that had not been properly road tested/repaired. The service person was very helpful and nice, however the overall experience was a bit frustrating.

As a mail carrier, I am constantly needing oil changes and tire repairs. This has been my "go to" place for sometime. I stopped in today for a tire repair "patch". I was told it would be brought in for repair in about 10 minutes. It took about an hour and a half to patch my tire! I noticed there was a whole new staff and they were completely unapologetic to the situation. I'm not going to waste my time here anymore. On to the next station!

Good place to do business had issues with tire wear on new 2017 gt350 camber issues that ford recommend a kit to be installed. Turned out ford didn't want to do the right thing so Phillip in service dept took care of me. Replaced two front tires that they paid for.

I went there for a warranty issue with my car. They refused to service my vehicle due to the fact that I did not buy the vehicle there. Jim Surber was very rude and ugly. Warranty if good until 3 years or 36000 miles. Regardless if you bring It in with 35,999 miles on it (no not mine,..just an example) the vehicle is still under warranty, according to ford.

I bought a 2017 Mustang convertible from Sabine River Ford in October of 2017. A month ago I began having problems with the passenger headlight. So I take it in my ford dealership in Houston to get it adjusted when they tell me my certified pre-owned car which was supposed to have gone through a 172 pt inspection had been previously wrecked and completely covered up. My headlight brackets were all broken and were secured on with bondo. Two parts with serial numbers tracked back to Sabine River Ford. They told me all they did was look at the car fax. That was it. Which is fraud to me and to Ford, who they obtained the warranty from. The damage was to the entire passenger fender and headlight which would cost over $2600 to fix. I obtained the auction records (they told us it had been traded in) and the auction records also show it had been wrecked. The dealership bought it that way. I asked Jason French, the manager who sold us the car to make this right and he and the dealership refused. Do not ever go to this dealership for anything. Ever. Fraud seems to prevalent throughout this dealership. Especially in the used car area.

This review is 8 months late. I purchased a 2017 Ford Raptor from Jim (one of the owners) at this dealership. I took two flights to buy this truck from Jim. I assure you Atlanta has 10+ Ford dealers and it was worth the two flights and 700 mile drive home. Why would I do that you ask? I find it extremely rare to find a dealership that provides this level of service. I literally have the owners cell if I ever have an issue. He's helped my out with cars I haven't even purchased from him! I can't thank him enough. What a heck of a guy. Thank you for always treating us with respect Jim. Your the MAN!

Not a QUICK oil and tire rotation anymore. In the past I have never had to wait very long. Now it seems to feel just like the Granger service that we used to use. Should have to drop your vehicle off to get an oil change? No you shouldn't. Waited for an 1 hour 40 minutes, they never even touched my vehicle. Had to leave for an appointment then came back then they said it would be 2-21/2 hour wait. Came back next morning and they are saying 1 1/2 - 2 hours. WTH? I bought my tires here so I have to get them rotated here. That's why I have come here.
Tommy the general manager might want to consider doing something about the slow service or they are going to loose more customers than just me.
