I would give them a zero if i could!!!! One of the WORST places i could have ever decided to get service from. They NEVER have a MANAGER OR ASSISTANT on duty when it comes to questions regarding a billing statement THEY CHARGED YOU FOR or just general information. Went looking to purchase a device and ended up getting myself into a whole lot of mess. They lure you with special offers and then TRAP you with a CONTRACT after you specifically said you only want to purchase the devices and no contract. I've been finding myself in the need to go in person each month since I joined them because apparently they set a price and then then it magically changes to a higher amount. Overall extremely inconvenient and disappointing experience. Now I HAVE to be with them for two whole years.

I’m so fed up with this location. They have never helped me with anything here. I always leave without my issue being resolved or without what I need. They just tell me to go to another location that’s further away or to call customer service. It’s so disappointing. Why even have a location?

I just left T-Mobile in palmhurst absolutely disappointed. I was helped by an older lady named “Tanya” and she was in such a hurry and all she cared about was to get us out of the way. Usually, when we stop by and ask for an upgrade and our options, we are helped in a polite and respectful manner. Tanya was rather rude and did not meet any expectation. We simply let her know we’d upgrade on the T-Mobile app instead. She insisted I’d have to pay an extra $37 activation fee although I had already paid that amount when I activated my line. Please do better with who represents and works for T-Mobile.
