We love Chocolate Bayou Credit Union. Everyone there is so friendly & helpful. I think the one thing we love the most is banking there is so personal. Unlike banks where you walk in & no one knows who you are, & they probably don't care, the folks at Chocolate Bayou Credit Union get to know their customers, which makes banking so much more enjoyable. We wouldn't bank anywhere else!

Great smiles every time we Walk in. The candy bowl is always Full. Normally every single window is open. Wait time isn't long.

Always a great experience! Great service and friendly, helpful tellers. I bank online a lot but I take my dog to the drive thru for an outing when I want to go in person. He knows the word "bank" probably means he will get to go for an exciting ride and he sometimes gets a treat from the teller.

This is by far the worst chocolate bayou bank ever. I've never taken an hour out of my day waiting in like on 1 car to make a deposit. This is ridiculous. How long could a deposit possibly take?! RIDICULOUS.

Excellent customer service, incredibly polite.Effective and efficient at solving any issue, regardless of complexity.Minimal delay on anything that requires mail service, or time to be sorted out.Works well with other banks.My family and I have used this bank since it has opened, and my entire family and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. More often than not, it is better to use this bank than any other in the Alvin area.

Excellent phone service. Went in the next day, everyone is so respectful and kind! Also again, great service! Quick service although they also take their time once you’re with them to make sure everything is correct. Love my bank!

Prior to the pandemic back in 2019, I opened a minor account for my school aged daughter. It was explained to me at the time although the "Mud Bugs" program has phased out, my daughter's account would not be subject to any fees or penalties in comparison to adult accounts. I ventured into the Pearland branch today to close my child's account and was utterly shocked and disgusted to discover a multiple of fees were deducted from her balance. When I questioned the branch employee she stated it was due to "inactivity". It is beyond deplorable a community credit union would deduct fees from a minor's account. I will never return my business or my money to this establishment.
