First, I would like to say I am a Priority banker with Regions. I’ve been with Regions for almost 20 years. I recently came into Regions today and the banker that assisted with my account was knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had concerning my business account. I found it quite odd because throughout my entire interaction with my personal banker at the time, the banker to the right had no business in my conversation I was having with the banker at the time, but took it upon herself to state out loud when I was walking out the branch, we are going to charge you a fee. She had just clocked in, there was no customer in her line and she was not on the phone. I found it to be highly offensive and disrespectful because for what reason did she have to say that to me. This is the first time I experienced something so offensive at the bank I’ve trusted for almost 20 years. This was extremely unethical and needs to be addressed. If you need proof, pull up the cameras. This type of discrimination should never ever happen again and needs to be addressed immediately!

If I could've put a negative 0 I would have! You walk in this establishment and they look and treat you like you are a second class citizen with no respect. Shantel will pretend like she is there to really help you but once all of your personal information is released they then play games not following up with phone calls and so forth. I wouldn't recommend my worse enemy to this location for nothing in the world, very disappointed on how I was treated and it's no big deal to them until they are sitting on the other side of the table.

To the managers at this bank, please check your attitude. Customers feed off you and will often treat you exactly how you treat them. Don’t behave unprofessionally and snappy and expect not to have repercussions.. or be shocked when someone calls it out

The worst bank I have every dealt with if I could give them a no stars I would the branch manager lie to cover up his bank teller mistakes had a deposit posted on Dec 22 and it still haven’t cleared and nobody claim they can’t take it off but branch manager I will never bank with them again. And the sad part about it is all of my payments was posted but they got me paying an overdraft fee when the money in the account

These people got Paid to have 5 stars. Don’t waste your time opening account here because they will start deducting fees. Very rude and unprofessional including the banker. The banker doesn’t work and leaves early. Just stop wasting time catching for their lucrative promos, because it’s just an advertisement.

Almost all of my experiences here have been great. Kenicka was a great personal banker, and her manager, Christian is even more helpful. The only bad experience I had here was when their systems were down, which happens from time to time.
