This store has poor customer service. The manager is not very friendly and the wait time is always long. The manager walks away in the middle of transactions that need approval with a line waiting and told the staff to just call her on her cellphone because she has to log into a meeting. When they tried calling her for an approval she did not answer. This is poor customer service. Something has to change because there’s a problem every month at this branch.
