Had an issue with the battery that went out just a few weeks after the warranty expired and Brianna( hope I spelled your name right) took care of everything and got me the battery I needed under the warranty.

Briana- Amazing customer service. Sweet, kind, fast, and effective on top of being tremendously helpful. She helped me find the best deals and bang for my buck and looked out for me, also helped me find more handy and useful items than I would have not known otherwise.

**Ask for Briana** Briana exudes a high regard for customer service and professionalism which is exemplified by her thorough knowledge and understanding of the products and services of AutoZone. After looking for a part at two other places in town, I walked into AutoZone and was greeted by Briana. She quickly ascertained what part(s) I needed and offered me more than one solution (she is very astute). I explained to Briana how much I appreciated her kindness and willingness to facilitate a solution for me – which the two stores I previously visited failed to do on all fronts. Briana adds value to AutoZone, and the community of Pearsall.
