I was missing all of the extra 8 sauces we ordered. The driver said they should be in the boxes (which they weren't). My pizza was also missing the extra toppings I had ordered. I immediately tried calling Papa John's and was met with being on hold for over 15 mins with no answer, so I gave up. Since I live in Manor, it's not worth trying to go there directly. Won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered a carry out pizza by phone, the guy who took my order told me would be ready in 15 minutes and how much it would cost me. When l got to the store, they didn't even have my order in the system. They started a new order.For some reason that l don't understand, the guys who were making g the pizza, delayed about 10 minutes to put my pizza in a box and give it to me, Making me wait for it unnecessarily. I was watching them and they didn't care. They knew l was waiting for it. It was ready but they just wouldn't put my in a box, they just left her on the counter while they were chatting

Paid by debit card for our order..We get there and little twerp inside says he can't find our order..so we show him that they have already taken money from our account.he said well I don't have it and can't find it..and says oh well..Then another lady says she can't find anything,so we ask for a refund,she says well I can't give you a refund if I can't find it.Then she says we can just stand and wait to see if it shows up.then they refused to give us the management phone number.

Card charged 3 times but it says my zip code or info is wrong. Now they don’t answer the phone.

Cancelled my order twice. Business hours says you're open till midnight not 11:30 PM. Either change your business hours or keep serving until Midnight.

I have been waiting 2 hours for my order. This exact thing happened two weeks ago. I WILL NEVER REPEAT THIS MISTAKE! Pizza Hut actually delivers on time. Papa will be out of business soon.

Pizza is normally good, issue with this location is they won't get your order correct even if you have ordered extra items you won't get what you pay for. I even called for delivery and asked them to make sure my extra sauce cups were going to be delivered * I paid extra for them** but nope no extra sauce cups

I waited on hold for 42 minutes just to be told by whoever answered that the managers are refusing to answer the phone he said he was a manager and then wanted to call me back. I gave him my number then he asked me if I could come pick up the pizza. I asked him if he was serious and he hung up on me. This place is trash. Obviously, the workers are trash. stay away.

Zero. These people are a tornado of a mess. 2 hours for a pizza. The cook left at one point to go buy eye drops, guess he was too high to make 1/2 ass pizza. While I was waiting and hour and a half for just a with just cheese and mushrooms the manager woke up and just started throwing dough around in the air like he was actually doing something.

PJ's has to get rid of their contracted delivery. The last 5 orders have been late, missing food, and even pieces of my order missing!I have total sympathy for the store managers because I am sure they are losing money and customers because they can't maintain quality delivery and have to remake orders or give credit.DoorDash is the delivery service that are responsible for my poor service ratings.I just can't give them another chance when someone has eaten food out of my box. I was on hold for over 45 min. and no response at the store.Sharing pics. Note that the sides around the missing piece is soft so the food was taken out after it was baked.

Unless you want to wait 2+ hours for a delivery, don’t even bother.It’s been consistent the last three times we’ve ordered, and our last order wasn’t even correct and nobody answers the phone.We will stick with dominos from now on! This location needs to either train their employees better or close down!
