Very disappointed with the customer service. Bottom line, the manager is very rude and arrogant. Has no education. I asked to speak to her supervisor and/or the owner and she said the owner is on vacation. This store makes Cricket Wireless look really bad. They sell phone accessories and do not refund or give you in-store credit if the accessory does not fit your phone. They are thieves!!! They just keep your money. The supervisor (Liz) is supposed to return my call to discuss the issue. Never received a call. Everyone I meet from now on, I will let them know how bad this store is.

Poor customer service.From "The Manager" I'm not even that type of customer that says I want to talk with the manager and she was the One that remarks that she is the manager just like telling me I don't have any other option and also that she can refuse to give service.Follow by-dont make that face, and-dont laugh because I know you laughing,(When I'm with my facemask) [I was like whaat???)Then she told me: -I see you in your eyes!At that moment I didn't knew either ?♀️ meditate and do my respiration exercise to not loose control and get mad or laugh.YESS SHE PUT YOU IN THAT MOOD.I just wanted it to pay my mom's service because she forgot to paid.I'm the manager at a restaurant and the only thing that I know it's that the customer have to leave happy from the premises. That we are there to serve them because it's a infinity cycle. If they do not enter thru that door and I don't have Bussines nobody have work. If you love what you do it's not work.I just think they need to put attention on who are they are hiring..My mom told me she had a bad moment on that permise, now I know what she talked about."The Manager" (Anayancy G) it's abusing of his power with the customers and lacking of customer service, I could highly recommend to train her how to treat customer and offer a good customer service because ask for great doesn't fit with her, not at least right now.I would never take my time to make this long review if it's not for a good reason, I hope get wherever needs to get so they can solve this problem and no body have this experience.Thanks Appreciate the time to read this who may concern.
