I'm a Winter Texas for a couple months. I needed to refill some prescriptions, which wouldn't be a big deal except I'd changed my Part D and just knew there would be an issue. I looked at the pharmacy staff and there had to be 10 people working. The tech that waited on me, named Cecilia, was very very friendly. She ask questions to identify me which is what I would expect. I told her I had a new Part D insurance. She looked at the card, back to her screen and said yes it was there, already updated. She said they would refill my prescriptions while I waited. I was shocked to say the least. Within 5-7 minutes I was paying for my RX and on my way. I told the Tech and the cashier they needed to show my local CVS how to do this properly. My local CVS has maybe 4 people working in the pharmacy, always a HUGE line (12-15 people) waiting and because either cuts of employees or unable to find employees their service is terrible. The Tech and cashier were very kind saying everyone is having issues. I highly recommend this CVS Pharmacy. What a pleasant experience. I'll be back!

I love it! They always serve me very well, always clean, tidy and very complete, full of super cool items like earrings that I love ♥︎and offers that I suggest, before you go check the offers available in the app and you will be happier ?I always ordered my children's medicines here and when they are ready they send me a message to let me know, I am happy with their service. Thank you very much ?

They have the rudest customer service. If you plan to use coupons after 6 pm don't bother going. They not going to let you. Two weeks ago the cashier canceled my purchase because I was trying to use my extrabucks and coupons. They say I couldn't use them after 6 pm. So I started to do on line orders. But today I decided to go back to give them a second chance and nope. That cashier was still rude. I told her I was ready to check out she flat out told me to use the self checkouts. That she was busy doing something else.

Our CVS on South Cage Pharr, Texas has amazing customer service. The staff can always be seen maintaining the stores cleanliness, restocking aisles. They go out of their way to make sure the customers get what they need.

We used to like the store. Now the pharmacist lady just seems unnecessarily rude and nasty to everyone. And CVS definitely is not there to serve the customer. Most of us work and can only pick up prescriptions during lunch hour. Not at CVS because they take their lunch too! Not a single pharmacist on hand during lunch with their gate closed and sealed shut. Everything about this CVS has become annoying and aggravating. Customer service is definitely gone!

Cvs Pharmacy is horrible and slow. Said they have my prescription ready by 3 and when I called they said not until the next day. Had to transfer my prescription to H‑E‑B pharmacy across the street. HEB provided better service and made an effort to fill my prescription same day.

I have used CVS pharmacy on Cage Blvd in Pharr for many years with absolutely no problem or complains until today the Pharmacist in charge was the rudest person I have ever encountered, he obviously was having a bad day and took it out on me when I called with a question about a prescription that was sent to another pharmacy my mistake by my doctor, I then when to the pharmacy (CVS on Cage) personally and again didn’t even apologize and said, I don’t know what to tell you, just file a complaint online, he was a tall man with a beard and apparently was in charge of the pharmacy on July 12, 2023. HORRIBLE!!

Front employee is so rude and gives attitude to customers. No matter how nice or calm you could talk to him he will always be discourteous to customers.

Came in for a covid test feeling horrible driving. Waited for an hour for a PCR. The chick at the window was so rude and could clearly see I was sick. Thoughts are she was hoping I crashed on the way home. -_- Rating for this CVS...as bad as having Covid.

If you do not have the staff to handle the many customers that you get why not hire more staff, waited to get medication for wife waited in car for 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged, shop H‑E‑B, they have the staff

The pharmacist and pharmacy area was really helpful. Service is usually really quick. The cashier at the front usually has a line. At one point they were requiring you use the self checkout. I can almost always find what I need there. Store could be cleaner.

i had to get some meds fast, the pharmacist in charge made me go to the hospital twice one to get the prescription and then told me to go back for the signature of the doctor when it was already e-sig. i did not go back when i got a signed and went to the pharmacist in heb. i told them what happened and they said i did not need it sign for the medication i needed. she was super rude and implied that she knew the signature of the doctor just in case, like if i was gonna sign it. went here 3 times max and even the manager is rude for simple question. never coming back .

There was a cashier there called Dean, his badge I think said the cashier manager. He mistreated us, and other customers I was going with my friend to pick up medicine, we did self-checkout and my friend tried to put her phone number, didn't work so he came. My friend is pretty bad at English, He tells us to go to the other cashier, were doing a new card, then a client doing self-checkout called him, she only knew Spanish by the way she said "help over here" I noticed she had a Spanish accent. He goes and tells her to not take off the bags as he walks away he notices she didn't do what he asked her to do so he turns looks at her and says "THEN YOU DONT DO IT" scoffs and puts his hands up then down. he walks away and tells a UPS lady "Some people just don't listen!" we finished doing what we were doing and an old lady behind me asks if they have blue colored scrunchies in Spanish, he looks at her with an annoyed look on his face scoffs and walks away. I love going here, but the way he treated some clients just made me not continue going there until they fix this problem. he should fix his attitude.
