CUSTOMER BEWARE my husband and myself had to rent a car under our insurance there was a tiny very thin split in the glass that we did not see when we took the car during the 18 days we had this vehicle it split into a larger crack we take the car back and the manager tells us “just give us 250$ cash and we’re settled “ I said no because it was there already they never did their point to point inspection they had no pictures to prove that it wasn’t there before we took the vehicle meaning someone wasn’t doing there job so they put a claim into our insurance company for 1,700.00 and change our insurance paid it we should have fought this false claim for a cracked windshield then they get paid the $$ and just sent me 2 emails stating they want more $$ @ 400.00$ more or there going to send us to collections this location is using scare tactics to extort more $$ because they got paid and shouldn’t have we should have fought the 1st claim but we’re so so busy we didn’t even know @ it until it was paid I’m repeating myself I know I’m mad as hell this location is dishonest the manager is shady asking us for cash 250$ under the table and now this is straight extortion I say bring it on and I’ll counter sue them I’m aware of everything they have done they are shady untrustworthy dishonest business in this location so just letting anyone know BEWARE before u drive a rental off this enterprise

Staff members are extremely friendly and attentive. Vehicles are very clean and in great working condition. I’ve used this location multiple time’s for business and also for a recent insurance rental. Have yet to have an issue thus far.

Staff is friendly and understanding, but this is my second time working with this location and here are my experiences.My 1st experience... They provided me with a vehicle which had a bad tire, which they replaced immediately... but the 2nd vehicle they gave me had just enough gas to get me to work (just 12 miles away per what customer service), that was not the case and ran out of gas. Called Enterprise for help got an automated assistant, waited and waited, nothing happened. Had to call a friend for help. In returning the car I explained what had happened and the manager applied some sort of discount to the accountToday - I had made my reservation 2 weeks in advance. Arrived to pick up my vehicle, they said they didn't have one available and I would have to upgade and pay the difference. Called my insurance which denied the upgrade. Somehow a vehicle appears for my reservation, although the car was clean on the ouside the hubcaps looked like they had received a beating were ready to come off. The interior was dusty and sticky. The steering wheel is worn and slightly "melted". The back seat was dusty and had dirt stains. I ended up using clorox wipes on the steering wheel and dashboard and it was just gross.Why didn't I wait and / or request another car? Because I needed to be at work before 9am and I had been there since 7:30am and it was already 8:10am.I expect better from this company, it's just a shame the vehicle do not match the expectations that you receive from their staff.

Went through two vehicles. First vehicle smelled like wet rags/wet carpet, smoke. When I addressed it with the male employee walking the vehicle his response was “oh”, and proceeded to hand me the keys and never acknowledged what I said. I was supposed to be given a vehicle comparable to mine. The two vehicles I received were FAR from it! My car has leather seats. The first time, I received a vehicle that had cloth seats which smelled, which in turn made my clothes smell. I returned it the following day since the guy “helping” me wasn’t going to do anything about it. The second vehicle I received was just as bad. It had leather seats but it smelled just like the first one. Wet rags/carpet, smoke. I had to purchase my own air fresheners which only made it worse. I was also told by some female worker that they only had vehicles with cloth seats which is a total lie because I’ve picked a lot nicer vehicles from this location other than a smelly Malibu and smelly mustang. She thought giving me a convertible was going to make up for the fact that it still smelled. It didn’t and I wasn’t impressed that it was a convertible.

I was treated great with courtesy and respect we had some problems with the vehicle we rented and Michelle Garza gave us a discount and that made us feel good and definitely will be back when we need another rental

Enterprise Rental Car in Pharr, TX provides the most excellent customer experience. I highly recommend this location. AND, if at all possible, ask for Robert Rodriguez to assist you. He listens, is courteous, professional and makes sure to provide the BEST experience!!! 10 stars!!!

First of all when I would call no one picks up. I would try calling back at different times like more than 4 times.Second, when I went to pick up car the girl that assisted me was like maybe in a bad mood. ( A SMILE WOULD HELP OR AT LEAST A FAKE SMILE) It made me feel uncomfortable.Third, when I dropped off vehicle, I was not greeted by none of the staff. I took a seat because male by the name of Robert was busy. He didn't even acknowledge me. Or tell me that someone would assist me. I went to take a seat. Since I could not wait too much, I asked the people that were also sitting if they were waiting in line and they responded no. I then got up to see if Robert would at least acknowledge me what I needed but did not glance to look at me. I understand he had someone but at least he should have asked what I needed. He then was just talking to customer about other things. Suddenly another customer walked in and he right away asked her if she was picking up. And I was like What???? That's when Robert told Rick to help her and that's when I said " EXCUSE ME SIR, I HAVE BEEN WAITING TO DROP OFF CAR!"and that's when Robert told Rick that I was then FIRST..THAT WAS SO RUDE!I HOPE THIS CAN BE ADDRESSED SO THIS WON'T HAPPEN TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS.

Zero chance these positive reviews are real. Local staff is great, but they never have vehicles. Enterprise lies to you and tells you there will be a vehicle waiting for you, but you show up and they have nothing, and you're screwed. Has been going on for years and Enterprise seems to have no desire to fix the problem. They reply here "we're listening, please email us" but that is just another insulting lie.EDIT: As predicted they responded with a lame excuse and an attempt to take this public conversation offline instead of committing to actually dealing with the core problem. Insulting and pathetic, this is 2023, everyone sees through your nonsense.

What customer service?? Patty is nonchalant and unconcerned with providing even the bare minimum of quality to any and all customers. Did business with them in May. At that time Patty forgot to tell the driver my address and there was no note so, they just decided not to pick me up. 2 hrs late picking up my rental because of them. Today, same thing. First they blamed me for having an 8:30am appointment (?), THEY OPEN AT 7AM, then said their system only just sent them the information. I have proof that I sent my Reservation at 5am. Appointment 8:30. Driver shows up at 9. Get to the store. No cars. Another lady and I are waiting. Patty is walking around laughing and having a joyous time planning lunch for the staff. Yeah raspas sound great Patricia, pick one up too while I sit here wasting my effing time. They get on the phone and tell whoever that if the windshield on the camery is in tact, just bring it back, they'll return it in 2 days... my Reservation is for 2 days. Yall are about to give me a car with an unsecured windshield to drive around with?? Almost 40 mins waiting. I call an uber to go back home. This is beyond sad. No apology, no compensation. Well I was offered 10% discount... so that would have saved me $3 yaaaay! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! YOU WILL BE REGRET IT, I PROMISE YOU THAT! They overbook and don't have cars available, plus they are rude and will waste hours of your time.

Whenever I didn't rent through Enterprise/ National at MFE, I'd rent with Enterprise in Pharr. They were always quick to get me on my way and I never had any issues with the customer service or staff.
