waited over an hour at the car shop for my rental to show up (despite being an 8-minute drive away), and when it did, it was not the one i ordered. i even offered to get a Lyft over there because I was now late to work, but was told 3 different times they were only "ten minutes away"

What a great experience I had with this rental company. I got into a car accident on January 1st & needed a rental van due to space. Well Rick not only made sure I got picked up at my home, at a quick timely manner. He also walked me through the whole process & was in my rental in no time. I had the rental for almost 2 months until my suv was repaired. They not only called me to check to see how I was doing, but to make sure if I needed anything else from them. Once my suv was repaired… I needed a ride back to my suv which was a bit far away. Jackie had no problem dropping me off & wishing me well. What great customer service & to go out of there way for a customer. If you ever need a rental. Go see Rick or Jackie they will definitely take care of you.

The website said there are 26 cars yesterday and when I got back to hotel but they said they are not taking any new reservations. I had a 9:30 pickup why did they not call me at to say sorry website was wrong. I wasted $14 on Ubers to get there and back to hotel. Wish I could leave a no star.

I came in to the valley In an emergency and made a reservation and got conformation, when I got there, I was told I wasn't on the system, very disappointed and I'm a frequent customer.

when the repair shop called to confirm my rental interprise says yes .. I get to the rental shop, counter person says let me check if there is a car available..I told him shop just called... o that was just confirm the reservation not that we had a vehicle available.. what kind of service is that.. you can make reservation but doesn't mean we have a car available.. then why take the reservation in the first place...

Excellent people who always take good care of me and my family needs. Although David is not at this location anymore, all the personnel treat us like business as usual with the same detail to attention. I always recommend Enterprise to all my family members. ??

The staff was helpful and courteous. We were in a tough spot finding a vehicle last minute and they got us taken care of. The vehicle was nice and clean. I will be using them again when I’m in the area.

I recently missed a 5:00PM rental in Tucson and I thought my whole trip was turned upside down, until I saw another Enterprise location with the lights still on (almost 5:30PM) passed closing time. I explained the situation and graciously Andy and Cris at the 5150 E. Speedway Blvd. location went above and beyond to get me back on schedule and save my trip. Many thanks! Brad

Location was great. They took really good care of me and it was three times cheaper than renting from the airport location. And I was still able to drop off the vehicle at the airport location which made my life so much better. Thank you patty!!!

I called on Thursday, spoke with two employees, on getting a rental car for Monday. They said that the car will be ready by 5:30 PM. I went on Monday and they said that they didn’t have any reservations or any phone calls. They’ll have it ready on weds ????
