Came in with my significant other, not only did they lose my paperwork but they refuse to even call me back after leaving voicemail. The lady claims I never even came in or did paperwork when I WAS AT HER DESK with my significant other and we both filled out the paperwork together and they have his but not mine? The first time I called to check up on my w2’s, they been working with me but now suddenly they don’t have my PAPERWORK? Now It automatically goes over to voicemail saying how they couldn’t answer the phone whatsoever. I waited 2 weeks for only wanting them to get my W2’s from the IRS. I’ve never had such problems with H&R Block before but I suggest to take your business else where to a trust worthy and PROFESSIONAL place. I already contacted support and they couldn't help me but have confirmed that I had an appointment with the H&R Block and they had my information but did not have it in the system, but was told they threw my paperwork away even though they were able to do my significant others paperwork.

If I still live in Texas I well use it. If not and I can't use H&R block I well have to use another tax person company when I live in Puerto Rico.
