Not a good experience at all. Waited so long for my car to be fixed and I kept asking for ETA and they would lie and give me false data on when it would be completed. Every time I call service department they almost never answer. Every time I leave a message I never get a call back. I thought this was a corporate dealership and expected more, but in return I have received mediocre service at best and no calls back.

Regret buying my vehicle here. From the sales guy that made promises and said “he’s got it” then went back and said he never said that to service , taking your car in for problems, not fixing issues when they said it was done, ordering parts taking two weeks but they only give you 3 business days to drop off your vehicle.Never again ?

Low business ethics. I got the credit approved for a car and got the purchase order, only to find out the next day the car was sold to someone else. This messes up my credit score, thanks to this dealership. Don't waste your time; go somewhere else.UPDATE: Replied to GM via email. He never emailed or called back.

I had an appointment yesterday to have my headlight checked since the low beam light was not working. Mind you I had an appointment at 2:30. Didn’t get called until 3:30. Once they checked my car they told me it was just a light bulb that needed replacing and were going to charge me $91. I declined serviced and decided to change it myself. So I did and it still did not work. So I took it to a mechanic and within 10 minutes they fixed it. It happened to be a faulty wire that just needed to be replaced, not the actual headlight bulb. And I paid way less than what Hyundai was charging me. I’m guessing the mechanics there at Hyundai are guessing on what is wrong with the cars instead of actually doing their job and trying to diagnose the problem.

i took my car in(aug 7th) to get a tire replaced because it was flat and i had just gotten the tires and to also get my high beams fixed because they hadnt been working, they said they had to order the tire and i would have my car ready the next day(aug 8th) at noon, my dad and i called several times to get an update on my car and spoke to about 4 different people who did not communicate with each other at all, one person had my dad sent his insurance information to another advisor to see if we can at least try and get a car to borrow because i had to work and he couldnt take me, the same lady that we sent the information to responded asking why he sent that even though she was on the call where they asked for it , another said that we'd receive a call from a manager, never not once did anyone ever call us, we had to call ourselves because no one was giving us any updates, and not only did i not get my car til the day after(aug 9th) they didn't do my high beams because they had to order the lights which would get there til the end of the week, i needed a car so i told them to give me a call about it and they said they would it has been almost 3-4 weeks since then and still have not received a call about them. seriously unprofessional and uncommunicative.

We had such a pleasant purchasing experience with salesman Eduardo Flores. He was such a respectful and helpful young man without the overly aggressiveness of a lot of salesmen. He answered all of the questions I had over the course of a few days while I made my final decision and as a result I feel very confident in my final purchase!

I love this dealership! Adolfo was my salesman and he did amazing helping my wife and I get into our new car! I highly recommend him and this dealership! They gave me a very good price for our trade in and helped us get into my new Elantra very quickly! They also take care of you after the sale they want to make sure you are taken care of! Came in the day before to schedule an appointment for tire rotation and oil change. The lady was typing, and I was sent a confirmation text message. Came in today. There are several other people that were also scheduled at 7am for appointments. Different people are calling names off the sign in clip board where my full government name is written. I hear someone call James. I didn't respond because that is not my name. After some time I go up to an employee and ask, everyone else had their keys taken and were attended to, did I get forgotten. A small man approaches me and tells me he called me. I point to the clipboard that I brought over. I ask him 'does my name look like James?' He shrugs because he doesn't care. I ask 'did you attempt to call my last name? Is it not written there?' He shrugs and says 'I mean I can take care of you, it doesn't matter.' This boy had an attitude! How dare you! You're the one that cannot read and has the nerve to be in a customer facing position. So basically I have an appointment, that is absolutely NOT an appointment because it's STILL first come first serve, THERE IS NO PROOF I SET AN APPOINTMENT YESTERDAY IN STORE, and depending on if the employee is literate or not enough to say your VERY SIMPLE name, then you may be 'seen'. When they see you, they ask what you are there for because the lady at the desk wasn't actually typing anything when she was speaking to you, so nothing is documented from the day before. I was made to feel very uncomfortable and disregarded. Apparently I wasn't important enough to have my name pronounced properly, so I was renamed for the employees comfort and no one ever scanned the room to ask if everyone had been tended to. It's just whatever if you are darker than everyone at this Hyundai location. I was better off driving to Houston, Or Fort Worth for my Hyundai car service. They are rude, inconsiderate, AND illiterate here. What happened to providing customer service?? I will not be returning.
